僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵(lì)分析

【摘要】:隨著僑通昆明分公司產(chǎn)能的不斷擴(kuò)大,公司基層員工需求越來(lái)越大,公司現(xiàn)有車(chē)間管理機(jī)臺(tái)員工激勵(lì)管理制度匱乏, 基層員工滿(mǎn)意度較差,工作積極性不高,流失率較高,在這樣的的環(huán)境下,本論文立足于公司實(shí)際情況,為分公司基層員工激勵(lì)作指導(dǎo)性意見(jiàn)。本論文主要是通過(guò)分解僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵(lì):薪酬、培訓(xùn)、帶班領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的日常管理對(duì)激勵(lì)的影響、人事相關(guān)對(duì)基層員工的關(guān)心、基層員工的職業(yè)發(fā)展等,為僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵(lì)提出對(duì)策和建議,以求通過(guò)對(duì)基層員工的激勵(lì),增加基層員工的工作積極性和責(zé)任心,使公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化。本論文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪(fǎng)談法、實(shí)證分析等方法,結(jié)合激勵(lì)的相關(guān)理論,對(duì)僑通昆明分公司基層員工的激勵(lì)進(jìn)行研究。首先,對(duì)研究的背景作一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,結(jié)合制造型企業(yè)的基層員工激勵(lì)方法,提出本文研究的內(nèi)容和方法。接著,對(duì)激勵(lì)的相關(guān)理論作介紹,通過(guò)理論的學(xué)習(xí),理解基層員工激勵(lì)的相關(guān)理論及研究的思路方法,為本論文的研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)。之后,通過(guò)云南僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀作描述,為本論文的研究陳述現(xiàn)狀。然后,對(duì)公司員工激勵(lì)進(jìn)行調(diào)查及分析調(diào)查結(jié)果,根據(jù)僑通昆明分公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析及對(duì)基層員工技能、素質(zhì)的適應(yīng)性要求,對(duì)僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵(lì)改進(jìn)奠定思路。最后,分解僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵(lì),大致分解為:薪酬、培訓(xùn)、帶班領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的日常管理、人事相關(guān)對(duì)基層員工的關(guān)心、員工的個(gè)人發(fā)展等,結(jié)合調(diào)查結(jié)果和相關(guān)理論研究,為公司基層員工激勵(lì)管理提供建議和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the production capacity of Kunming Branch, the demand of employees at the grass-roots level of the company is increasing, and the incentive management system for employees of the existing workshop management machines is lacking, the satisfaction degree of the employees at the grass-roots level is poor, the enthusiasm for work is not high, and the wastage rate is relatively high. In such an environment, this paper based on the actual situation of the company, for the branch staff incentive guidance. This paper is mainly by decomposing the incentive of employees at the basic level in Kunming Branch of Qiaotong, such as salary, training, the influence of daily management of leaders, the concern of personnel to grass-roots employees, the career development of grass-roots employees, etc. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the incentive of the grass-roots employees in Kunming Branch, in order to increase the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the employees at the grass-roots level, and to maximize the economic benefits of the company. Through literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, empirical analysis and other methods, combined with the relevant theory of incentives, this paper studies the incentive of the grass-roots employees in Kunming Branch of Qiaotong. First of all, this paper introduces the background of the research and puts forward the contents and methods of this paper combined with the grass-roots employee incentive method of manufacturing enterprises. Then, this paper introduces the relevant theory of motivation, through the study of theory, understand the basic employee motivation theory and research methods, for the study of this paper lay a theoretical foundation. After that, this paper describes the current situation of staff motivation in Yunnan Qiaotong Kunming Branch. Then, the employee motivation of the company is investigated and analyzed, according to the internal and external environment of the development of Qiaotong Kunming Branch and the adaptability requirements to the skills and quality of the grass-roots employees. To establish the train of thought for the promotion and improvement of the basic staff of Kunming Branch of Qiaotong. Finally, it decomposes the motivation of employees at the grass-roots level in Kunming Branch of Qiaotong, which is roughly divided into: salary, training, daily management of leaders with classes, concern for grass-roots employees by personnel, personal development of employees, etc. Combined with the investigation results and relevant theoretical research, it provides suggestions and countermeasures for the incentive management of grass-roots employees of the company.
