【摘要】：構(gòu)建具有高技術(shù)進(jìn)步率和高技術(shù)擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)的發(fā)達(dá)的現(xiàn)代工業(yè)體系是一國(guó)走向富強(qiáng)的必由之路,工業(yè)化是一國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)繁榮的關(guān)鍵,并能增進(jìn)國(guó)民福祉。符合經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段的金融發(fā)展,對(duì)社會(huì)財(cái)富的增進(jìn)具有良好的引致增長(zhǎng)效應(yīng),但超越發(fā)展階段的過度的金融化會(huì)弱化其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效應(yīng),并可能引發(fā)價(jià)值分配的引致貧困效應(yīng),甚至導(dǎo)致后發(fā)或轉(zhuǎn)型國(guó)家喪失在實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,淪為發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的附庸。對(duì)中國(guó)這樣一個(gè)發(fā)展中的大國(guó),在壯大實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上適度地促進(jìn)金融發(fā)展,推行包容性的金融發(fā)展模式,可能更有利于國(guó)民財(cái)富的增進(jìn)和人民福祉的提高。
[Abstract]:The construction of a developed modern industrial system with high technological progress rate and high technology diffusion effect is the only way for a country to become rich and strong. Industrialization is the key to a country's prosperity and can promote the national welfare. Financial development in line with the stage of economic development has a good growth effect on the enhancement of social wealth, but excessive financialization beyond the stage of development weakens the effect of economic growth and may lead to poverty in the distribution of value. It may even lead to the loss of competitiveness in the real economy of the latecomer or transition countries and become an appendage of the developed countries. For a developing country such as China, it is possible to promote financial development on the basis of strengthening the real economy and promote inclusive financial development model, which may be more conducive to the enhancement of national wealth and the improvement of people's well-being.
