制造業(yè)企業(yè)期望績效反饋效果、產(chǎn)品市場競爭與組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)受哪些因素影響?改變組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)會給企業(yè)帶來怎樣的影響?目前關(guān)于組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素的研究雖然主要集中在企業(yè)內(nèi)部,但對于期望績效反饋效果與組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系研究尚未觸及。由于良好的期望績效反饋效果能夠在一定程度上增強制造業(yè)企業(yè)實施技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的動力和能力,促進企業(yè)管理者加大對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新要素的投入,進而可能會對組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)的改善產(chǎn)生一定的促進作用。因而,在制造業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動時代背景下,本文基于組織行為理論,探索了期望績效反饋效果對企業(yè)組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;并在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品市場理論和融資約束理論,探討了產(chǎn)品市場競爭和融資約束的情境效應(yīng);最后討論了冗余結(jié)構(gòu)偏離對企業(yè)績效的影響。本文以制造業(yè)A股2001-2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù)對理論假設(shè)進行檢驗,研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):制造業(yè)企業(yè)期望績效反饋效果對組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生負向影響,產(chǎn)品市場競爭會進一步加強這種負向影響;而在融資約束情境下,產(chǎn)品市場競爭的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)更顯著;制造業(yè)企業(yè)實際的冗余結(jié)構(gòu)偏離標準冗余結(jié)構(gòu),將會對企業(yè)績效產(chǎn)生負向影響。本文的研究結(jié)論為理論界和企業(yè)界進一步加深對組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)的理論和管理提供了新的理論詮釋和實踐指導(dǎo)。結(jié)合上述研究,本文提出了相關(guān)的管理啟示:一方面,制造業(yè)企業(yè)需要關(guān)注企業(yè)自身所處的情境,依據(jù)企業(yè)的實際情況,適時、合理調(diào)整和改善企業(yè)的組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu);另一方面,制造業(yè)企業(yè)在實際經(jīng)營過程中需要考慮組織冗余結(jié)構(gòu)中兩種不同類型冗余資源之間的比例,避免企業(yè)實際冗余結(jié)構(gòu)的偏離給企業(yè)績效帶來的沖擊。
[Abstract]:What factors affect the organizational redundancy structure? What effect will change the redundant structure of the organization bring to the enterprise? Although the research on the influencing factors of organizational redundancy structure is mainly focused on the enterprise, the research on the relationship between the expected performance feedback effect and the organizational redundancy structure has not been touched. Because the good performance feedback effect can enhance the power and ability of the manufacturing enterprises to implement the technological innovation to some extent, promote the managers to increase the input to the technological innovation elements. Furthermore, it may contribute to the improvement of the redundant structure of the organization. Therefore, under the background of innovation-driven manufacturing enterprises, this paper explores the effect of expected performance feedback on organizational redundancy structure based on organizational behavior theory. On this basis, combined with product market theory and financing constraint theory, this paper discusses the situational effect of product market competition and financing constraints, and finally discusses the impact of redundant structure deviation on enterprise performance. In this paper, the theoretical hypothesis is tested by panel data from 2001 to 2014. The results show that the expected performance feedback effect of manufacturing enterprises has a negative impact on the organizational redundancy structure. Product market competition will further strengthen this negative impact; In the context of financing constraints, the regulatory effect of product market competition is more significant; the actual redundant structure of manufacturing enterprises deviates from the standard redundant structure, which will have a negative impact on enterprise performance. The conclusion of this paper provides a new theoretical interpretation and practical guidance for further deepening the theory and management of organizational redundancy structure in the theoretical and business circles. On the one hand, the manufacturing enterprises need to pay attention to the situation of the enterprises themselves, according to the actual situation of enterprises, timely, reasonable adjustment and improvement of the organizational redundancy structure; On the other hand, manufacturing enterprises need to consider the proportion of two different types of redundant resources in the organizational redundancy structure in order to avoid the impact of the deviation of the actual redundant structure on enterprise performance.
