深圳M公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,使對外開放成為一個不可抗拒的潮流和趨勢。外貿(mào)企業(yè)更是經(jīng)歷了改革開放以來,全方位、多元化、高速度的三十年發(fā)展。醫(yī)用敷料作為一類重要的衛(wèi)生材料類醫(yī)療用品,在我國出口貿(mào)易中扮演著重要角色。隨著我國醫(yī)療改革進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)以及全球老齡化程度的加劇,我國醫(yī)用敷料行業(yè)迎來快速發(fā)展期。面對市場出現(xiàn)的新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),外貿(mào)醫(yī)療企業(yè)該如何調(diào)整企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,適應(yīng)市場的變化,提高企業(yè)自身的市場競爭力,成為公司生存和發(fā)展的重要研究課題。深圳M公司是一家專業(yè)從事醫(yī)用傷口敷料和醫(yī)用衛(wèi)生材料,研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售為一體的外貿(mào)醫(yī)療公司。經(jīng)過20多年的努力,深圳M公司的在管理能力、研發(fā)能力、創(chuàng)新能力、品牌知名度在行業(yè)里面屬于領(lǐng)先地位,但是作為外銷為主的外貿(mào)型企業(yè),深圳M公司同樣也受到了當(dāng)前市場形勢的變化的沖擊,企業(yè)經(jīng)營壓力也持續(xù)攀升,與此同時,受制于產(chǎn)品的專業(yè)性和市場競爭,深圳M公司也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)和考驗。本文以深圳M公司為研究對象,以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為支持,采用調(diào)查研究法、文獻(xiàn)查閱法、圖表分析法、定性定量法等研究方法,詳細(xì)的分析了深圳M公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用PEST分析、波特五力模型分析、外部因素評價矩陣(EFE)、內(nèi)部因素評價矩陣(IFE)、SWOT分析等工具對企業(yè)內(nèi)部條件、外部環(huán)境、競爭能力進(jìn)行分析研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合深圳M公司的實際情況提出了公司的使命、愿景和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。同時利用QSPM分析工具確定了深圳M公司以發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為主的整體戰(zhàn)略,并且提供了戰(zhàn)略實施的步驟、重點(diǎn)、措施和控制方法。本文為深圳M公司的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供了自己的思路和想法,也對外貿(mào)醫(yī)療企業(yè)如何轉(zhuǎn)型升級可持續(xù)發(fā)展的探索,具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The globalization of the world economy makes opening to the outside world an irresistible trend. Foreign trade enterprises are experienced since the reform and opening-up, all-round, diversified, high-speed 30 years of development. As a kind of important medical supplies of sanitary materials, medical dressings play an important role in China's export trade. With the advancement of China's medical reform and the aggravation of global aging, the medical dressing industry of our country ushered in a period of rapid development. In the face of the new opportunities and challenges of the market, how to adjust the development strategy of foreign trade medical enterprises, adapt to the changes of the market and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprises has become an important research topic for the survival and development of the companies. Shenzhen M Company is a professional in medical wound dressing and medical hygiene materials, R & D, production, sales as one of the foreign trade medical company. After more than 20 years of efforts, Shenzhen M Company's ability in management, R & D, innovation, and brand awareness is in the leading position in the industry, but as a foreign trade enterprise mainly for export, Shenzhen M Company is also affected by the changes of the current market situation, the pressure of enterprise management is also rising, at the same time, subject to the product professionalism and market competition, Shenzhen M Company is also faced with severe challenges and tests. This article takes Shenzhen M Company as the research object, takes the strategic management theory as the support, adopts the investigation research method, the literature consult method, the chart analysis method, the qualitative quantitative method and so on research method, has analyzed the Shenzhen M company's development present situation in detail. Using PEST analysis, Porter's five-force model analysis, external factor evaluation matrix (EFE), internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE), SWOT analysis and other tools to analyze the internal conditions, external environment and competitiveness of enterprises. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of Shenzhen M Company, put forward the company's mission, vision and strategic objectives. At the same time, the overall strategy of Shenzhen M Company based on development strategy is determined by using QSPM analysis tools, and the steps, key points, measures and control methods of implementing the strategy are provided. This paper provides our own thoughts and ideas for the further development of Shenzhen M Company, and also has certain theoretical and practical significance for the exploration of how to transform and upgrade the sustainable development of foreign trade medical enterprises.
