B公司商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新已有諸多研究,但針對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)化服務(wù)公司商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新研究并不多見(jiàn)。本文以B公司作為研究對(duì)象,以商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新和農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)化服務(wù)相關(guān)理論綜述為研究基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用商業(yè)模式畫(huà)布、PEST工具和波特五力模型對(duì)該公司面臨的問(wèn)題、所處的宏觀(guān)環(huán)境和行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況進(jìn)行分析后,提出該公司商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新方案和實(shí)施策略。研究認(rèn)為B公司應(yīng)由水稻綜合服務(wù)提供商向縣級(jí)水稻綜合服務(wù)連鎖平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)型,只有通過(guò)以縣域?yàn)閱挝粊?lái)構(gòu)建水稻病蟲(chóng)害防治技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品、高產(chǎn)施肥技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品、機(jī)防打藥技術(shù)、金融貸款、種子代購(gòu)等內(nèi)部核心資源,整合縣域本地育插秧、機(jī)耕、機(jī)收、烘干、加工等外部產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),才能實(shí)現(xiàn)為縣域種植戶(hù)提供產(chǎn)前、產(chǎn)中、產(chǎn)后的綜合服務(wù)價(jià)值主張。研究提出了B公司具體的綜合服務(wù)思路,包含基礎(chǔ)藥+機(jī)動(dòng)藥+水田除草劑+滅生性除草劑的水稻植保解決方案,基肥+分蘗肥+追肥的水稻套餐肥解決方案,專(zhuān)防+包打的機(jī)防打藥服務(wù),商務(wù)信用卡+產(chǎn)業(yè)貸的金融貸款服務(wù),種子代購(gòu)及其它中介服務(wù)等產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),通過(guò)縣級(jí)服務(wù)中心+服務(wù)站和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+種植大戶(hù)的渠道模式推廣,實(shí)現(xiàn)B公司商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)公司和行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There have been many researches on the innovation of business model, but the research on the innovation of the business model of agricultural market-oriented service company is rare. This paper takes B Company as the research object, takes the business model innovation and the agricultural socialization service related theory as the research foundation, uses the business model canvas pest tool and the Porter five force model to face the question to this company. After analyzing the macro environment and industry competition, the paper puts forward the innovative plan and implementation strategy of the company's business model. It is believed that Company B should transform from a comprehensive service provider of rice to a chain platform of integrated services at the county level. Only through constructing rice pest and disease control techniques and products, high yield fertilization techniques and products, and machine and drug control technology, can we build rice pest control techniques and products based on county level. Financial loans, seed purchasing and other internal core resources, integration of county local seedling cultivation, mechanization, machine collection, drying, processing and other external products and services, can achieve the county farmers to provide prenatal, production, postnatal comprehensive service value proposition. The research put forward the concrete comprehensive service idea of company B, including the basic medicine, the mobile medicine, paddy field herbicide, the solution of rice plant protection, and the solution of base fertilizer, tillering fertilizer, topdressing fertilizer, and the solution of rice set meal fertilizer. Products and services, such as specialized anti-bagging and anti-drug services, financial loan services for the commercial credit card industry, seed purchase and other intermediary services, are promoted through the channels of county level service centers, service stations and large Internet growers. Achieve B company business model innovation, promote the development of the company and industry.
