Z集團股權眾籌發(fā)展策略分析

【摘要】:股權眾籌作為一種創(chuàng)新的互聯(lián)網金融模式,正處于快速發(fā)展。在我國經濟下行及結構調整的背景下,其對解決中小型及初創(chuàng)型企業(yè)融資困難、激活經濟動力具有積極的促進作用。Z集團作為以制造為主的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)集團,在發(fā)展過程中面臨成長動力不足、體制僵化等問題。為此,Z集團正積極探索開展金融及互聯(lián)網業(yè)務,創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式。推動產業(yè)的轉型及升級。本文以Z集團股權眾籌發(fā)展策略為對象,研究了眾籌的定義、分類及其在國內的發(fā)展情況。闡述了Z集團的經營現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展問題,運用SWOT方法分析其股權眾籌的內外部環(huán)境因素,論證Z集團發(fā)展股權眾籌的作用及意義。綜合Z集團自身特點及國內主流的股權眾籌平臺運營模式,在功能定位、內容建設、盈利模式、運作流程等方面提出Z集團股權眾籌平臺的發(fā)展策略。并就平臺運作中可能存在的法律風險、信用風險、資金風險等,分析其風險內容其風險防范措施。本文認為,Z集團應當主動抓住股權眾籌發(fā)展機遇,根據集團需求,在現(xiàn)有法律法規(guī)框架下,建立“線上+線下”的股權眾籌平臺運作模式。其中,線上模式圍繞集團產業(yè)基礎,優(yōu)化產業(yè)生態(tài)圈建設,線下模式積極探索員工持股的運作機制。高度重視股權眾籌運營中存在的風險,制定相應的風險防范措施,保證股權眾籌平臺的規(guī)范發(fā)展。希望藉由對Z集團股權眾籌發(fā)展策略的研究,為我國企業(yè)集團借助股權眾籌促進產業(yè)的升級和轉型提供有益的參考意見。
[Abstract]:As an innovative Internet financial model, crowdfunding is developing rapidly. Under the background of economic downturn and structural adjustment in our country, it can solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and start-up enterprises, and activate the economic power. Z Group is a traditional enterprise group with manufacturing as the main part. In the process of development, faced with the lack of growth momentum, rigid system and other problems. To this end, Z Group is actively exploring the development of financial and Internet business, innovative business models. Promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry. In this paper, we study the definition, classification and development of crowdfunding in Z Group. This paper expounds the management status and development problems of Z Group, analyzes the internal and external environmental factors of its stock rights crowdfunding by using SWOT method, and demonstrates the function and significance of Z Group's development of stock rights crowdfunding. This paper synthesizes Z Group's own characteristics and domestic mainstream stock crowdfunding platform operation mode, and puts forward the development strategy of Z Group's shareholding crowdfunding platform in the aspects of function orientation, content construction, profit model, operation process and so on. Based on the possible legal risk, credit risk, capital risk and so on in the platform operation, the paper analyzes the risk content of the platform and its risk prevention measures. This paper holds that the Group should take the initiative to seize the opportunity of the development of the stock rights crowdfunding and, according to the demand of the Group, establish a "on-line and off-line" mode of operation of the platform under the framework of the existing laws and regulations. Among them, the online mode revolves around the group industry foundation, optimizes the industrial ecological circle construction, and the offline mode actively explores the operation mechanism of employee stock ownership. We attach great importance to the risks existing in the operation of equity crowdfunding, formulate corresponding risk prevention measures, and ensure the standardized development of the stock rights crowdfunding platform. It is hoped that through the research on the development strategy of Z Group's stock rights crowdfunding, this paper will provide a useful reference for China's enterprise groups to promote the upgrading and transformation of the industry by means of shareholding crowdfunding.
