【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)化的深化推進(jìn),為了滿足人們不斷增長(zhǎng)日趨多樣化的需求,制造企業(yè)技術(shù)研發(fā)的飛躍進(jìn)步,原先制造業(yè)中處于主導(dǎo)地位的規(guī)�；笈可a(chǎn)方式越來(lái)越不適應(yīng)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的市場(chǎng)需求,企業(yè)紛紛轉(zhuǎn)向多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式,這種變化使得企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制的思想和方法遇到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。在基于多品種小批量的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境下,企業(yè)如何實(shí)施科學(xué)有效的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制成為當(dāng)前生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)領(lǐng)域研究和應(yīng)用的熱門(mén)話題。本文選取了一家典型的多品種小批量醫(yī)療設(shè)備制造企業(yè)——P醫(yī)療(蘇州)有限公司作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制體系和流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和優(yōu)化研究。本文在收集、整理、分析資料和數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)P醫(yī)療(蘇州)有限公司基于多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式下的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析和診斷,分析了其產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,然后對(duì)P醫(yī)療(蘇州)有限公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和控制體系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析并明確指出了問(wèn)題所在。在此基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用國(guó)內(nèi)外在生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制研究方面的先進(jìn)理論,如制造資源計(jì)劃(MRPⅡ)、準(zhǔn)時(shí)制生產(chǎn)方式(JIT)和約束理論(TOC)等,提出了P醫(yī)療(蘇州)有限公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與控制流程中的一系列改進(jìn)策略及實(shí)施方法。方法包括需求預(yù)測(cè)方法、粗能力計(jì)算方法、作業(yè)排序法、物料ABC分類(lèi)管理法等。最后通過(guò)采取一系列行動(dòng)措施如培訓(xùn)、計(jì)劃部門(mén)職責(zé)調(diào)整等使得前面提出的改進(jìn)策略逐步得到實(shí)施,并取得了初步成效,P醫(yī)療(蘇州)有限公司準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率提高了5%~10%,同時(shí)庫(kù)存水平得到了一定的控制,庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率提高了30%。本論文的研究成果表明,多種生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和控制體系的優(yōu)化組合應(yīng)用以及生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和控制流程的持續(xù)改進(jìn),能有效地提高多品種小批量生產(chǎn)模式下制造業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效如準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率、庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率等。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of marketization, in order to meet the growing and increasingly diversified needs of people, manufacturing enterprises have made rapid progress in technological research and development. The large-scale mass production mode, which used to be dominant in the manufacturing industry, is becoming more and more unsuitable for the dynamic changing market demand, so enterprises have turned to the multi-variety and small-batch production mode one after another. This kind of change makes the thought and method of enterprise production planning and control meet unprecedented challenge. In the multi-variety and small-batch production environment, how to implement scientific and effective production planning and control has become a hot topic of research and application in the field of production and operation. In this paper, a typical multi-variety and small-batch medical equipment manufacturer, P Medical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., is selected as the research object, and its production planning and control system and process are analyzed and optimized in detail. Based on the collection, collation, analysis of data and data, this paper analyzes and diagnoses the current situation of production operation management of P Medical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd based on multi-variety and small-batch production mode. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the products and the problems existing in the production process, then analyzes the present situation of the production planning and control system of P Medical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., and points out the problems clearly.
