[Abstract]:The German specialty chemicals group Winfeng Industrial Group announced a few days ago that it would implement capacity enhancement plans for the Birmingham plant in Alabama and the Darmstadt plant in Germany. The aim is to expand the production capacity of biodegradable polymer products, I. e., poly (lactic acid-glycolic acid) copolymers, as well as bioabsorbable medical materials and controlled-release preparations for non-gastrointestinal mucosa.
