【摘要】：電力行業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支撐產(chǎn)業(yè),也是社會(huì)發(fā)展的基本保障。電力行業(yè)的穩(wěn)定持續(xù)發(fā)展,電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,不僅僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的要求,也是社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的必要條件之一。作為具有自然壟斷特性的行業(yè),自新中國(guó)建立以來(lái),在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)的背景下,電力行業(yè)的發(fā)展一直由政府主導(dǎo),辦什么、怎么辦都是政府說(shuō)了算,加上長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)的電力緊缺,導(dǎo)致電力行業(yè)缺乏市場(chǎng)意識(shí)、缺乏創(chuàng)新性和主觀能動(dòng)性。雖然經(jīng)過(guò)幾次電力體制改革,但電力市場(chǎng)主體單一仍然沒(méi)有得到改善。甘肅省電力公司作為國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司的全資子公司,主要甘肅電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)運(yùn)維工作。甘肅風(fēng)光資源豐富,近幾年裝機(jī)增加迅猛,但甘肅經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后,省內(nèi)負(fù)荷基數(shù)小,無(wú)法就地消納新能源,阻礙了新能源行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。2015年新的一輪電改即將開(kāi)始,新能源跨省跨區(qū)消納也被提上日程。在復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境中,甘肅省電力公司如何把握機(jī)遇,發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì),化解威脅,客服劣勢(shì),關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展。本文運(yùn)用PEST分析和五力模型對(duì)甘肅省電力公司內(nèi)外部進(jìn)行環(huán)境分析,通過(guò)SWOT分析方法提出企業(yè)的發(fā)展策略,并就各項(xiàng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,確保公司戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is the important supporting industry of national economy and the basic guarantee of social development. The stable and sustainable development of power industry and the safe and stable operation of power system are not only the requirements of economic development, but also one of the necessary conditions for social stability. As an industry with natural monopoly characteristics, since the founding of New China, under the background of planned economy, the development of the electric power industry has always been led by the government. As a result, the electricity industry lacks market consciousness, innovation and initiative. Although after several electric power system reform, but the electricity market main body single still has not obtained the improvement. As a wholly owned subsidiary of State Grid Company, Gansu Electric Power Company mainly works in the construction and maintenance of Gansu Power Grid. Gansu is rich in scenery and resources, and in recent years it has been increasing rapidly. However, Gansu's economic development is lagging behind, the base of the province's internal load is small, and it is unable to absorb new energy on the spot, which hinders the healthy development of the new energy industry. A new round of electricity reform is about to begin in 2015. New energy cross-provincial cross-district absorption is also put on the agenda. In the complex internal and external environment, how to seize the opportunity, give play to the advantages, resolve the threat, customer service disadvantage, related to the survival and development of enterprises. In this paper, pest analysis and five-force model are used to analyze the internal and external environment of Gansu Electric Power Company. Through SWOT analysis, the development strategy of the enterprise is put forward, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to ensure the implementation of the company strategy.
