【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展加速了經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化,企業(yè)要保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的競爭優(yōu)勢,勢必要用先進(jìn)的信息系統(tǒng)武裝自己。企業(yè)資源計劃(Enterprise Resource Planning簡稱ERP)從開始出現(xiàn)就廣受關(guān)注,已成為企業(yè)面對激烈競爭的有力武器。隨著ERP技術(shù)的不斷成熟和完善,它被廣泛應(yīng)用于各個領(lǐng)域,很多企業(yè)將人力資源管理理念與先進(jìn)的ERP技術(shù)相結(jié)合,建立高效的ERP人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng),將切實(shí)提高企業(yè)人力資源管理水平和工作效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略性轉(zhuǎn)型,對公司人力資源改革和公司長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文針對土右電力公司MIS系統(tǒng)存在的諸多問題與不足,分析了該公司人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀,在對土右電力公司人力資源管理業(yè)務(wù)詳細(xì)調(diào)查和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)信息資源,利用結(jié)構(gòu)化法和原型法相結(jié)合的方法展開ERP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的分析和設(shè)計,提出該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和開發(fā)的基本思路。在系統(tǒng)分析階段從項目規(guī)劃、需求分析到業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化詳細(xì)介紹了該系統(tǒng)的邏輯方案設(shè)計,在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計階段從應(yīng)用架構(gòu)設(shè)計、基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計和安全架構(gòu)設(shè)計等方面詳細(xì)闡述了設(shè)計和實(shí)現(xiàn)的論證過程。根據(jù)土右電力公司系統(tǒng)平臺的技術(shù)規(guī)范和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),系統(tǒng)采用高可用性群集(HA)配置和RAC方式的Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫,并采用B/S和C/S兩種模式并存的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)核心系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和兼容性。通過對土右電力公司ERP人力資源管理系統(tǒng)一期建設(shè)組織和實(shí)施計劃的分析和研究,設(shè)計提出土右電力公司一期試點(diǎn)的實(shí)施范圍、實(shí)施團(tuán)隊和實(shí)施過程等關(guān)鍵因素和解決措施,為土右電力公司人力資源的信息化建設(shè)提供了一種解決方案,具有一定的應(yīng)用前景和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:The development of information technology accelerates the globalization of economy. In order to maintain the competitive advantage of sustainable development, enterprises must arm themselves with advanced information systems. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has attracted much attention from the beginning, and has become a powerful weapon for enterprises to face fierce competition. With the continuous maturity and perfection of ERP technology, it is widely used in various fields. Many enterprises combine the concept of human resource management with advanced ERP technology to establish an efficient ERP human resources management information system. It will effectively improve the level and efficiency of human resource management and realize the strategic transformation of human resource management, which is of great practical significance to the reform of human resources and the long-term development of the company. Aiming at the problems and shortcomings of MIS system in Tuyou Electric Power Company, this paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management in this company. On the basis of the detailed investigation and analysis of the human resource management business of Tuyou Electric Power Company, it combines the information resources of the enterprise. The analysis and design of ERP human resource management system are carried out by the combination of structured method and prototype method, and the basic ideas of design and development of the system are put forward. In the phase of system analysis, from project planning, requirement analysis to business process optimization, the logic scheme design of the system is introduced in detail. In the system design stage, the application architecture design, the infrastructure architecture design, the application architecture design and the infrastructure design are introduced in detail. The design and implementation of data architecture and security architecture are discussed in detail. According to the technical specification and related standards of Tuyou Power Company's system platform, the system adopts the configuration of high availability cluster (HAA) and the Oracle database based on RAC, and adopts the system structure in which two modes, B / S and C / S, coexist. The stability and compatibility of the core system are realized. Based on the analysis and study of the construction organization and implementation plan of the first phase of ERP human resources management system of Tuyou Electric Power Company, this paper designs and puts forward the key factors, such as the scope of implementation, the implementation team and the implementation process, as well as the solving measures of the first phase pilot project of Tuyou Electric Power Company. It provides a solution for the information construction of human resources in Tuyou Electric Power Company, and has a certain application prospect and popularization value.
