【摘要】：稀土元素在現(xiàn)代高新科技、新能源、軍事國(guó)防等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用,消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)持續(xù)擴(kuò)大;2010年中國(guó)稀土出口政策的調(diào)整引發(fā)了世界稀土價(jià)格的急劇升高,一些國(guó)家相繼啟動(dòng)了新的稀土項(xiàng)目,稀土供給市場(chǎng)份額及潛力發(fā)生突變,世界稀土生產(chǎn)與供需形勢(shì)趨于復(fù)雜。本文系統(tǒng)分析了近年世界各國(guó)對(duì)稀土供應(yīng)緊張的對(duì)策,指出世界稀土市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)降低了對(duì)稀土的需求,導(dǎo)致各國(guó)對(duì)我國(guó)稀土的依賴(lài)性降低。未來(lái)我國(guó)要高效利用稀土資源,積極研究稀土回收及替代相關(guān)技術(shù)及政策以應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際新形勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Rare earth elements play a vital role in the fields of modern high-tech, new energy, military and national defense, and the consumer market continues to expand. The readjustment of China's rare earth export policy in 2010 triggered a sharp rise in world rare earth prices. Some countries have launched new rare earth projects one after another, and the market share and potential of rare earth supply have mutated, the world rare earth production and supply and demand situation tends to be complex. This paper systematically analyzes the countermeasures of the shortage of rare earth supply in the world in recent years, and points out that the demand for rare earths in the world rare earth market has been reduced and the dependence of all countries on rare earths in China has been reduced. In the future, China should make efficient use of rare earth resources and actively study the related technologies and policies of rare earth recovery and substitution in order to cope with the new international situation.
