迅達(dá)電梯在沙特市場的營銷策略研究

【摘要】:從上世紀(jì)七十年代至今,我國電梯行業(yè)歷經(jīng)將近五十年的發(fā)展,隨著電梯行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展、電梯市場的不斷飽和,電梯領(lǐng)域的營銷大戰(zhàn)日趨激烈。對于迅達(dá)電梯來說,抓住國內(nèi)市場不放的同時,適當(dāng)?shù)拈_發(fā)新的利潤增長點,無疑是給企業(yè)上了雙保險。沙特,作為中東地區(qū)的典型代表國家,如果我們在市場占有率,競爭力上有絕對的領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢,必然對我們將來全面占據(jù)中東,乃至整個近東,遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)有著重要的意義。本文簡單介紹了迅達(dá)電梯在沙特市場發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)狀,用所學(xué)的營銷和管理知識,結(jié)合迅達(dá)電梯公司發(fā)展的實際情況,對迅達(dá)在沙特地區(qū)的發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行了深入研究。在研究過程中,綜合運用了PEST分析法、SWOT,4P等分析工具,分析了迅達(dá)公司的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源情況,沙特地區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,存在的問題,最后提出應(yīng)對策略。研究表明:迅達(dá)電梯在沙特市場上要在產(chǎn)品改進(jìn),價格策略和客戶服務(wù)管理上做出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對策略。本文研究,可為迅達(dá)公司管理層有針對性的制定公司在沙特乃至中東地區(qū)的營銷策略提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:Since the 1970s, the elevator industry in China has been developing for nearly 50 years. With the continuous development of the elevator industry and the constant saturation of the elevator market, the marketing war in the elevator field is becoming increasingly fierce. For Schindler Elevator, catch the domestic market, at the same time, the proper development of new profit growth point, is doubly double insurance to the enterprise. Saudi Arabia, as a typical representative country in the Middle East, if we have the absolute leading advantage in the market share and competitive power, it will be of great significance for us to occupy the Middle East, even the whole near East and far East region in the future. This paper briefly introduces the history and present situation of the development of Schindler elevator in Saudi Arabia. With the knowledge of marketing and management, combined with the actual situation of the development of Schindler Elevator Company, the development strategy of Schindler in Saudi Arabia is studied in depth. In the course of the research, the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external environment and internal resources of Schindler Company, the current situation of Saudi Arabia's development and the existing problems. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward. The research shows that Schindler Elevator should make corresponding strategies on product improvement, price strategy and customer service management in Saudi Arabia market. This study can provide some reference for Schindler management to formulate marketing strategy in Saudi Arabia and even the Middle East.
