【摘要】：隨著改革開放步伐的推進(jìn),我國(guó)的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)地位不斷提升,同時(shí),在全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,我國(guó)工業(yè)在近幾年的占比出現(xiàn)了小幅度的下滑,對(duì)于此,加快輕工業(yè)的技術(shù)改造和創(chuàng)新迫在眉睫。擁有核心技術(shù)的企業(yè)具有較高的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,能夠研發(fā)生產(chǎn)出新穎且性能高的產(chǎn)品或工藝品,能夠提高市場(chǎng)占有量,提升自身的價(jià)值。在中國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,輕工企業(yè)要想不被市場(chǎng)淘汰,就必須加快推進(jìn)技術(shù)升級(jí)的步伐。隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模和業(yè)務(wù)范圍的持續(xù)外擴(kuò),管理模式被大量采用,眾多項(xiàng)目實(shí)施人認(rèn)為項(xiàng)目與企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展密切關(guān)聯(lián),因此,技術(shù)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目管理模式的使用將有助于推動(dòng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。基于技術(shù)升級(jí)理論和項(xiàng)目管理模式理論,本文著重分析了輕工業(yè)技術(shù)升級(jí)的現(xiàn)狀、影響及提高技術(shù)升級(jí)的政策,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的準(zhǔn)備、規(guī)劃、實(shí)行監(jiān)督和收尾階段進(jìn)行了研究,建立了項(xiàng)目管理過程模型。且對(duì)技術(shù)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目管理中的衍生型、平臺(tái)型、突破型、研究開發(fā)型和外包合作型管理模式進(jìn)行了分析,構(gòu)建了技術(shù)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目管理模型。另外,本文以華泰紙業(yè)股份有限公司為例,在深度了解公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展和項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)展情況之后,構(gòu)造了華泰的技術(shù)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖和業(yè)務(wù)流程圖。輕工行業(yè)與群眾的生活消費(fèi)息息相關(guān),只有不斷的進(jìn)行技術(shù)上的創(chuàng)新和升級(jí),才能滿足客戶不同層次的需求。因此,本文從技術(shù)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目管理模式這個(gè)新角度進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合具體輕工企業(yè)案例進(jìn)行分析,不僅具有戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)意義,而且具有一定的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of reform and opening up, the international economic status of our country has been rising constantly. At the same time, under the background of globalization economy, the proportion of Chinese industry has declined by a small margin in recent years. It is urgent to speed up technological transformation and innovation in light industry. Enterprises with core technology have higher core competitiveness, can develop and produce novel and high performance products or handicrafts, can increase market share and enhance their own value. In the context of China's transition economy, if light industry enterprises want to avoid being eliminated by the market, they must speed up the pace of technological upgrading. With the continuous expansion of enterprise size and business scope, the management model has been widely adopted. Many project implementers believe that the project is closely related to the economic development of the enterprise. The use of technology upgrade project management model will help promote the development of the industry. Based on technology upgrading theory and project management model theory, this paper analyzes the status quo of light industry technology upgrading, the policy of influencing and improving technology upgrading, and studies the preparation, planning, supervision and closing stage of project management. The project management process model is established. This paper also analyzes the management models of derivative, platform, breakthrough, research and development and outsourcing cooperation in the management of technology upgrade project, and constructs the management model of technology upgrade project. In addition, taking Huatai Paper Co., Ltd as an example, after deeply understanding the technological innovation and development of the company and the progress of project management, this paper constructs the organization chart and business flow chart of Huatai's technology upgrade project management. The light industry is closely related to the people's living consumption. Only by constantly innovating and upgrading the technology can we meet the needs of customers at different levels. Therefore, this article carries on the research from the technology upgrade project management pattern this new angle, and unifies the concrete light industry enterprise case to carry on the analysis, not only has the strategic guidance significance, but also has the certain practice value.
