【摘要】:作為傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合的醫(yī)藥行業(yè),在我國國民經(jīng)濟中發(fā)揮著重要作用。近年來,雖然我國醫(yī)藥行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,但是醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的“多、小、散、亂”等問題也逐漸突顯出來。為此,我國相繼推出一系列的政策措施,對醫(yī)藥流通領(lǐng)域不斷進行改革。安徽華源醫(yī)藥股份有限公司在對安徽省太和縣醫(yī)藥市場整合后,逐步實現(xiàn)了跨越式的發(fā)展。但是隨著我國醫(yī)改的不斷深入以及國家對藥品價格的控制,醫(yī)藥流通領(lǐng)域發(fā)生了天翻地覆的變化;谶@樣的背景,本文以安徽華源醫(yī)藥股份有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對象,尋求在醫(yī)藥流通領(lǐng)域競爭日趨激烈、行業(yè)兼并步伐加速的情況下,如何順應國家政策需求、鞏固自身優(yōu)勢,從而實現(xiàn)持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文首先利用波特的五力模型分析框架,對安徽華源醫(yī)藥所處的競爭環(huán)境進行分析,認為安徽華源醫(yī)藥擁有較為穩(wěn)定的供應商,而且受醫(yī)改的影響,基層醫(yī)療市場的崛起對于安徽華源來說是一個重要的市場機會,在新進入者和替代品威脅方面的影響較小,但是醫(yī)藥商業(yè)市場的競爭將會加劇。其次,本文對安徽華源醫(yī)藥進行了SWOT分析,通過利用SWOT矩陣以及結(jié)合安徽華源醫(yī)藥的實際情況,得出了SO戰(zhàn)略最適合安徽華源醫(yī)藥的發(fā)展需要。最后,基于長尾理論,本文認為安徽華源醫(yī)藥在實施SO戰(zhàn)略的過程中,第一階段是對同質(zhì)化的中小型企業(yè)進行并購,第二階段是對并購的企業(yè)進行專業(yè)化改造,第三階段是實行差異化并購,從而形成一條具有差異性和互補性的醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。此外,為了能夠使得SO戰(zhàn)略的順利實施,本文從組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資源兩方面提出了相應的保障措施。
[Abstract]:As a combination of traditional and modern industries, pharmaceutical industry plays an important role in our national economy.In recent years, although China's pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly, but the pharmaceutical industry "more, smaller, scattered, chaos" and other issues are gradually highlighted.Therefore, China has introduced a series of policies and measures to reform the field of pharmaceutical circulation.Anhui Huayuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has achieved a leapfrog development after integrating the pharmaceutical market in Taihe County, Anhui Province.However, with the deepening of medical reform and the control of drug price, the field of pharmaceutical circulation has changed dramatically.Based on this background, this paper takes the development strategy of Anhui Huayuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the research object, and seeks how to adapt to the national policy demand in the case of the increasingly fierce competition in the field of pharmaceutical circulation and the acceleration of the pace of mergers and acquisitions.Consolidate one's own superiority, thus realize sustainable development.In this paper, the author analyzes the competitive environment of Huayuan medicine in Anhui Province by using Porter's five-force model analysis framework, and thinks that Huayuan medicine in Anhui has a relatively stable supplier and is influenced by the medical reform.The rise of primary health care market is an important market opportunity for Huayuan, Anhui Province, with less influence on the threat of new entrants and substitutes, but the competition in the pharmaceutical commercial market will intensify.Secondly, this article carries on the SWOT analysis to the Anhui Huayuan medicine, through the use of the SWOT matrix and the actual situation of Anhui Huayuan medicine, draws the conclusion that the so strategy is most suitable for the Anhui Huayuan medicine development needs.Finally, based on the long tail theory, this paper holds that in the process of implementing so strategy, the first stage of Anhui Huayuan Medicine is the merger and acquisition of the homogeneous small and medium-sized enterprises, the second stage is the specialized transformation of the M & A enterprises.The third stage is the implementation of differentiated mergers and acquisitions, thus forming a pharmaceutical industry chain with differences and complementarities.In addition, in order to make so strategy carry out smoothly, this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from two aspects of organization structure and human resources.
