【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展和大數(shù)據(jù)為支撐的背景下,新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)具有市場競爭,獲得利潤增長的決定性因素。企業(yè)作為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的主體,期望通過創(chuàng)新活動提升競爭力,進而形成競爭優(yōu)勢。而技術經(jīng)濟評價對提升新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的效率性和可行性至關重要。近來,一部分企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始重視新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的技術經(jīng)濟評價,并且意識到技術經(jīng)濟評價在新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中發(fā)揮的重要作用。本文結合餐廚垃圾分離機械新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)對其進行技術經(jīng)濟評價研究。首先介紹了論文的選題背景,搜集了國內(nèi)外新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和技術經(jīng)濟評價研究現(xiàn)狀的資料,分析本文研究的意義,明確了本文的研究方法以及研究總體思路。其次,深入研究了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和技術經(jīng)濟評價的相關基礎理論,建立了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)技術經(jīng)濟評價的指標體系；然后結合餐廚垃圾處理現(xiàn)狀以及在處理過程中分離機械的作用,運用灰色馬爾科夫模型預測了市場需求狀況；采用層次分析法分析SWOT中的SW、WO、OT、ST四種戰(zhàn)略選擇；接著,對餐廚垃圾分離機械新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)進行技術評價、經(jīng)濟評價和社會評價,根據(jù)餐廚垃圾機械產(chǎn)品的固有特點,運用應力—強度干涉理論進行可靠度技術評價,采用時間性指標、價值性指標和效率性指標進行經(jīng)濟評價。最后,以H公司為背景,研究ABC型號餐廚垃圾除雜制漿一體機新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的技術經(jīng)濟評價,驗證了餐廚垃圾分離機械新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)技術經(jīng)濟評價方法的適用性、合理性及科學性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of rapid economic development and big data, new product development has become the decisive factor for enterprises to have market competition and gain profit growth.As the main body of new product development, enterprises hope to enhance their competitiveness through innovative activities, and then form competitive advantages.Technical and economic evaluation is very important to improve the efficiency and feasibility of new product development.Recently, some enterprises have begun to attach importance to the technical and economic evaluation of new product development, and have realized the important role of technical and economic evaluation in the process of new product development.In this paper, the technical and economic evaluation of the new product of kitchen garbage separation machine is studied.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of this paper, collects the research status of new product development and technical and economic evaluation at home and abroad, analyzes the significance of this study, and clarifies the research methods and general ideas of this paper.Secondly, the basic theory of new product development and techno-economic evaluation is deeply studied, and the index system of technical and economic evaluation of new product development is established.The grey Markov model is used to predict the market demand, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze the four strategic choices of SWWO OTST in SWOT, and then the technical evaluation, economic evaluation and social evaluation are carried out on the development of the new product of the kitchen waste separation machinery.According to the inherent characteristics of the mechanical products of kitchen garbage, the reliability technical evaluation is carried out by using the stress-intensity interference theory, and the economic evaluation is carried out by using the time index, the value index and the efficiency index.Finally, taking H Company as the background, this paper studies the technical and economic evaluation of the development of the new product of ABC type kitchen garbage removal machine, and verifies the applicability, rationality and scientific nature of the technical and economic evaluation method for the development of the new product of the kitchen garbage separation machine.
