【摘要】：文章通過對2005—2011年中國39個工業(yè)行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行Malmquist生產(chǎn)率測度,采用Kernel核密度函數(shù)對我國工業(yè)行業(yè)環(huán)境技術(shù)效率的分布動態(tài)演化特征進(jìn)行了估計,運用基尼系數(shù)對工業(yè)分行業(yè)環(huán)境技術(shù)效率水平的區(qū)位差異進(jìn)行了分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),技術(shù)進(jìn)步是制約中國工業(yè)環(huán)境效率的主導(dǎo)因素,我國工業(yè)行業(yè)環(huán)境技術(shù)效率水平在不斷提高,另一方面,也表明工業(yè)行業(yè)環(huán)境技術(shù)效率的行業(yè)差異在不斷縮小,收斂態(tài)勢明顯。
[Abstract]:Based on the Malmquist productivity measurement of the panel data of 39 industrial industries in China from 2005 to 2011, this paper estimates the distribution and dynamic evolution characteristics of the environmental technical efficiency of China's industrial industries by using the Kernel kernel density function.Gini coefficient is used to analyze the location difference of environmental technical efficiency level in industry.It is found that technological progress is the leading factor restricting the industrial environmental efficiency in China, and the level of environmental technical efficiency of China's industrial industry is constantly improving. On the other hand, it also shows that the industrial differences in the environmental technical efficiency of industrial industries are constantly shrinking.The convergence trend is obvious.
