【摘要】：目前我國原鋁的產(chǎn)量和消費(fèi)量均位于世界第一位,但產(chǎn)能利用率不足80%,鋁資源處于過剩狀態(tài)。認(rèn)清我國鋁資源的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,是制定鋁資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)。本文在介紹鋁資源的開發(fā)及各環(huán)節(jié)的供需情況基礎(chǔ)上,對我國鋁行業(yè)上游資源品位低,下游產(chǎn)能利用率不高等問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié);其次從發(fā)展階段、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、成本和盈利模式等四個方面對鋁資源行業(yè)進(jìn)行了分析,得出了我國氧化鋁和原鋁會逐步減產(chǎn),行業(yè)集中度逐步提高,未來的鋁材加工行業(yè)在盈利方面更有優(yōu)勢的結(jié)論。結(jié)合當(dāng)前供需現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出了拓展海外資源、完善產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域轉(zhuǎn)移、加速再生鋁利用等發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the output and consumption of primary aluminum in China are in the first place in the world, but the utilization ratio of production capacity is less than 80%, and the aluminum resources are in excess state.A clear understanding of the current situation of aluminum resources industry in China is the basis of the development strategy of aluminum resources.Based on the introduction of the development of aluminum resources and the supply and demand situation of each link, this paper summarizes the problems of low grade of upstream resources and low utilization of downstream capacity in China's aluminum industry.This paper analyzes the aluminum resource industry from four aspects, such as cost and profit mode, and draws the conclusion that alumina and primary aluminum will gradually reduce production, the industry concentration will increase gradually, and the future aluminum processing industry will have more advantages in profit.According to the present situation of supply and demand and the existing problems, this paper puts forward some development suggestions such as expanding overseas resources, perfecting industrial chain, transferring industry regions, speeding up the utilization of recycled aluminum, and so on.
