居民電價(jià)方案優(yōu)化決策體系研究

【摘要】:高級(jí)量測(cè)體系作為智能電網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),是當(dāng)前研究熱點(diǎn)之一,F(xiàn)有研究大多集中在智能電表和通信技術(shù)方面,鮮有涉及電價(jià)方案的優(yōu)化決策問(wèn)題,而合理的居民電價(jià)方案是保證高級(jí)量測(cè)體系行之有效的根本前提。本學(xué)位論文重點(diǎn)開(kāi)展以高級(jí)量測(cè)體系為技術(shù)支撐,由電價(jià)方案評(píng)價(jià),居民側(cè)用電指導(dǎo)和電價(jià)方案修正等幾部分構(gòu)成的居民電價(jià)方案優(yōu)化決策體系的研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:1.建立了一種居民電價(jià)方案優(yōu)化決策體系。依托高級(jí)量測(cè)體系主站系統(tǒng),建立決策前電價(jià)方案評(píng)價(jià)功能,依據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果選出最優(yōu)電價(jià)方案,為居民用電提供價(jià)格信號(hào);依托高級(jí)量測(cè)體系的家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò),提出了一種家庭智能用電系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì)方案,以指導(dǎo)用戶依據(jù)電價(jià)方案合理用電。其中,高級(jí)量測(cè)體系的主站用于采集用戶用電數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)電價(jià)方案進(jìn)行修正。2.應(yīng)用線性支出原理等經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,量化計(jì)算居民電價(jià)方案的指標(biāo);谀:龑哟畏治龇ǖ碾妰r(jià)方案評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系是居民電價(jià)方案優(yōu)化決策體系的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),利用模糊隸屬度函數(shù),將指標(biāo)分值統(tǒng)一到60到100之間,進(jìn)一步地利用層次分析法計(jì)算指標(biāo)權(quán)重,得到綜合評(píng)價(jià)值,并依據(jù)各方案的綜合評(píng)價(jià)值選擇最優(yōu)電價(jià)方案。3.以家庭智能用電系統(tǒng)物理構(gòu)架和功能設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ),提出了一種家庭用電設(shè)備智能控制算法。家庭智能用電策略是居民電價(jià)方案決策體系在居民側(cè)的應(yīng)用,指導(dǎo)用戶根據(jù)電價(jià)方案合理用電。結(jié)合電價(jià)方案和用戶的個(gè)性化設(shè)置,以用電設(shè)備的啟停時(shí)間為控制量,以綜合考慮電費(fèi)支出和舒適度的目標(biāo)函數(shù)最小為目標(biāo),建立家庭智能用電策略。仿真算例驗(yàn)證該算法在保證舒適度的情況下有效節(jié)約用電。
[Abstract]:As the key technology of smart grid, advanced measurement system is one of the research hotspots.Most of the existing research focuses on intelligent meter and communication technology, few of which involve the optimal decision of electricity pricing scheme, and reasonable residential electricity pricing scheme is the fundamental prerequisite to ensure the effectiveness of the advanced measurement system.This dissertation focuses on the research on the optimization decision-making system of the residential electricity price scheme, which is supported by the advanced measurement system and is composed of several parts, such as the evaluation of the electricity price scheme, the guidance of the residential side electricity consumption and the revision of the electricity price scheme. The main contents are as follows: 1.An optimal decision system for residential electricity price scheme is established.Based on the master station system of advanced measurement system, the evaluation function of electricity price scheme before decision is established, and the optimal electricity price scheme is selected according to the evaluation results, which provides price signals for residents, and relies on the home network of advanced measurement system.This paper presents a functional design scheme of home intelligent power consumption system to guide users to use electricity reasonably according to electricity price scheme.Among them, the main station of the advanced measurement system is used to collect the user power data to modify the electricity price scheme. 2. 2.Based on the economic theory such as linear expenditure principle, the index of electricity price scheme of residents is calculated quantitatively.The evaluation index system of electricity price scheme based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is the key technology in the decision-making system of electricity price scheme optimization. By using fuzzy membership function, the index score is unified between 60 and 100.Further, the index weight is calculated by AHP, and the comprehensive evaluation value is obtained, and the optimal electricity price scheme is selected according to the comprehensive evaluation value of each scheme.Based on the physical framework and functional design of the home intelligent power system, an intelligent control algorithm for the household electrical equipment is proposed.Household intelligent power consumption strategy is the application of household electricity price scheme decision system on the resident side, and instructs the user to use electricity reasonably according to the electricity price scheme.Based on the scheme of electricity price and the individualized setting of the user, taking the starting and stopping time of the electric equipment as the control quantity and the objective function minimization of the comprehensive consideration of the cost of electricity and the comfort degree, the intelligent household power consumption strategy is established.A simulation example shows that the algorithm can save electricity effectively under the condition of ensuring comfort.
