基于“連坐制”的食品安全治理研究

【摘要】:近年來,食品安全問題成為排名首位的"最關(guān)注的重大社會(huì)問題",也是急需引起高度重視和解決的重大民生問題。食品安全問題的本質(zhì)是信息不對(duì)稱,而作為應(yīng)對(duì)信息不對(duì)稱問題的一種制度,"連坐制"在食品安全治理方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。本文從理論和實(shí)證的角度對(duì)食品安全"連坐制"進(jìn)行分析,并基于"連坐制"提出我國(guó)食品安全治理的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety has become the "most important social issue" in the first place, and it is also a major livelihood issue that needs great attention and solution. The essence of the food safety problem is information asymmetry. As a system to deal with the problem of information asymmetry, "continuous sitting system" plays an important role in food safety governance. And put forward the related policy suggestion of our country food safety management based on "even sit system".
