【摘要】：近些年來(lái),中國(guó)光伏企業(yè)頻繁遭遇貿(mào)易摩擦,且呈現(xiàn)出涉案金額與懲罰力度巨大、對(duì)高端產(chǎn)業(yè)打擊日益嚴(yán)重等特征,對(duì)中國(guó)光伏經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、光伏企業(yè)效益提升及光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策制定均產(chǎn)生了顯著影響。這種現(xiàn)狀的出現(xiàn),既有歐美等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家搶占國(guó)際光伏市場(chǎng)的考量,也有中國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)自身發(fā)展的問(wèn)題,主要體現(xiàn)在企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈、市場(chǎng)、政府等不同層面。無(wú)論是企業(yè)、政府還是行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì),都應(yīng)從自身職能出發(fā)、采取針對(duì)性措施,不斷提高中國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易摩擦的能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese photovoltaic enterprises have encountered frequent trade frictions, and have shown characteristics such as the huge amount of money involved and punishment, the increasingly serious crackdown on high-end industries, and the adjustment of the photovoltaic industry structure for the development of China's photovoltaic economy. The improvement of the efficiency of photovoltaic enterprises and the formulation of policies for the development of the photovoltaic industry have had a significant impact. The emergence of this situation has not only considered the European and American developed countries' preoccupation of the international photovoltaic market, but also the problems of the development of the Chinese photovoltaic industry itself. Mainly reflected in different levels, such as enterprises, industrial value chains, markets, governments, etc. Both enterprises, governments and trade associations should take targeted measures from their own functions. China's photovoltaic industry continues to improve the ability to cope with international trade friction.
