南平市綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析及發(fā)展對策

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展,人類在不斷推進(jìn)城市工業(yè)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的過程中,也帶來了諸如生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量下降、食品安全問題嚴(yán)重等負(fù)面影響。在這種背景下,遵循可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則的綠色食品,以其無污染、優(yōu)質(zhì)、安全的特點(diǎn),逐漸走進(jìn)人們視野,越來越受到國內(nèi)外消費(fèi)者的歡迎。綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)要求生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)良,對從種養(yǎng)植到生產(chǎn)銷售的全過程進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管控,并對產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量認(rèn)證。南平市作為福建省農(nóng)業(yè)大市,綠色食品開發(fā)和規(guī)模走在全省前列,特別是近幾年,隨著南平市提出建設(shè)綠色城市,發(fā)展生態(tài)優(yōu)勢的口號,南平市綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展,但是問題也隨之而來。首先,本文以概述的方式簡單介紹了綠色食品的概念、特征、研究意義等內(nèi)容,并闡述了國內(nèi)外綠色食品的研究狀況,從南平市特點(diǎn)入手,分析南平發(fā)展綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的必要性。其次,以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論、“三品一標(biāo)”及綠色食品原料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化基地縣認(rèn)證等理論或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基礎(chǔ),對南平市綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)在農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)、加工環(huán)節(jié)、銷售環(huán)節(jié)三方面的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,得出南平市在加工環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)展的巨大潛力。同時運(yùn)用SWOT分析南平市綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅,提出影響南平市綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的多方面因素。通過資料分析和數(shù)據(jù)比對兩種研究方式,對南平市綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)從2010年起到2015年的發(fā)展成效做出分析,明確南平市綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)在全省的戰(zhàn)略地位。最后針對南平市在綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,提出針對性的對策建議,為實(shí)現(xiàn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展雙提升提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, in the process of promoting the industrialization of cities and the modernization of agriculture, human beings have also brought about the destruction of ecological environment and the decline of the quality of agricultural products. Under this background, green food, which follows the principle of sustainable development, has gradually entered the field of vision with its characteristics of no pollution, high quality and safety. More and more welcome by domestic and foreign consumers. Green food industry requires a good ecological environment, from planting and planting to production and sales of the whole process of quality control. Nanping City as a big agricultural city in Fujian Province, green food development and scale in the forefront of the province, especially in recent years, with Nanping City proposed to build a green city. With the slogan of developing ecological advantages, the green food industry in Nanping City has been developing rapidly, but the problems have followed. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the concept and characteristics of green food in an overview way. The significance of the study, and elaborated the research situation of green food at home and abroad, starting with the characteristics of Nanping City, analyzes the necessity of developing green food industry in Nanping. Secondly, the theory of industrial cluster. Based on the theory or standard of "three products and one Standard" and the county certification of green food raw materials standardization base, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the green food industry in Nanping City in three aspects: agricultural link, processing link and sales link. At the same time, using SWOT to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the green food industry in Nanping. Put forward a variety of factors affecting the green food industry in Nanping. Through data analysis and data comparison two research methods. Nanping City green food industry from 2010 to 2015 to make an analysis of the development of the results. To clarify the strategic position of the green food industry in Nanping in the province. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the development of the green food industry in Nanping City, put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. For the realization of urban economic and social development dual promotion to provide decision-making reference.
