【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)電力供應(yīng)的需求不斷增大。加之世界范圍內(nèi)的節(jié)能減排趨勢,以及我國迫在眉睫的能源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等因素,中國核電行業(yè)正駛?cè)胍粋�(gè)高速發(fā)展的軌道。根據(jù)國家能源局統(tǒng)計(jì),截止2014年底,我國在役機(jī)組20臺(tái),總裝機(jī)容量1813萬千萬。在建核電機(jī)組達(dá)到28臺(tái),在建裝機(jī)容量超過3163萬千萬。2014年全國核電機(jī)組共計(jì)發(fā)電1312億千瓦時(shí),占全國總發(fā)電量的2.38%,創(chuàng)歷史新高。隨著我國核電行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,核安全也正越來越受到全社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。企業(yè)文化作為企業(yè)核心價(jià)值觀的載體,維系著企業(yè)的經(jīng)營和管理,引導(dǎo)著企業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大。核安全是核電企業(yè)的生命線,因此核安全文化的建設(shè)是核電企業(yè)文化建設(shè)實(shí)施的重中之重。本文通過回顧國內(nèi)外企業(yè)文化和核安全文化的理論研究歷程和現(xiàn)狀,分析我國DH核能集團(tuán)在核安全文化建設(shè)中取得的成果以及遇到的問題。并針對(duì)這些問題探討合理的解決之道。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for electricity supply has been increasing, in addition to the worldwide energy saving and emission reduction trend, as well as the imminent energy structure adjustment and other factors. China's nuclear power industry is entering a high-speed development track. According to the statistics of the State Energy Administration, as of end of 2014, there are 20 units in service in China. The total installed capacity is 181.31 billion. 28 nuclear power units are under construction, and the installed capacity is more than 316.31 billion. In 2014, the national nuclear power units generated 131.2 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity. With the rapid development of nuclear power industry in China, nuclear safety is getting more and more attention of the whole society. Corporate culture is the carrier of core values of enterprises. Nuclear safety is the lifeline of nuclear power enterprises. Therefore, the construction of nuclear safety culture is the most important part of the construction of nuclear power enterprise culture. This paper reviews the theoretical research process and current situation of the enterprise culture and nuclear safety culture at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the achievements and problems encountered by DH Nuclear Energy Group in the construction of nuclear safety culture in China, and discusses the reasonable solutions to these problems.
