【摘要】：自2006年以來(lái),中國(guó)的可再生能源增長(zhǎng)迅速,特別是風(fēng)能方面。目前,中國(guó)已成為世界上風(fēng)電裝機(jī)容量最大的國(guó)家�，F(xiàn)今中國(guó)可再生能源的迅猛發(fā)展,2005年頒布(2009年修正)的《中華人民共和國(guó)可再生能源法》功不可沒(méi)。該法在中國(guó)首次創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)國(guó)家可再生能源電力發(fā)展的框架,通過(guò)設(shè)立可再生能源目標(biāo),建立可再生能源電力配額制度,出臺(tái)強(qiáng)制性的電網(wǎng)連接和采購(gòu)政策,建立國(guó)家上網(wǎng)電價(jià)制度等方面,促進(jìn)中國(guó)可再生能源電力政策的推廣。本文闡述了現(xiàn)行的利用可再生能源發(fā)電的政策,指出可再生能源電力的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題,并對(duì)可再生能源電力政策的改進(jìn)提出建議方案。
[Abstract]:Since 2006, China's renewable energy, especially wind energy, has grown rapidly. At present, China has become the largest wind power generation capacity in the world. The Law of the people's Republic of China on Renewable Energy, promulgated in 2005 (amended in 2009), was the first time in China to create a framework for the development of renewable energy and electricity in China. Through the establishment of renewable energy targets, the establishment of renewable energy power quota system, the introduction of mandatory power grid connection and procurement policy, the establishment of a national electricity price system. To promote the promotion of renewable energy and power policy in China. This paper expounds the current policy of using renewable energy to generate electricity, and points out the existing problems of renewable energy and power generation. Some suggestions on the improvement of renewable energy power policy are put forward.
