【摘要】:企業(yè)信息化的本質(zhì)是通過持續(xù)有效的信息化建設(shè),逐步提高管理、運(yùn)營的水平和效率,逐步推進(jìn)管理技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,最終目標(biāo)是進(jìn)而加強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭能力,提升市場(chǎng)占有率和競爭能力,獲取更大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。但目前大部分企業(yè)特別是具有一定發(fā)展歷史的企業(yè)在信息化建設(shè)中存在很多盲目建設(shè)復(fù)建設(shè)等問題。因此企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)之前,一定要做好信息化規(guī)劃。信息化規(guī)劃是信息化建設(shè)的基本原則和總體綱領(lǐng),是信息化成功實(shí)施的保障,是實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化價(jià)值的創(chuàng)造綱領(lǐng)。因此,按照科學(xué)合理的信息化規(guī)劃實(shí)施企業(yè)信息化是成功建設(shè)企業(yè)信息化的重中之重。本文通過調(diào)研國內(nèi)外航天試驗(yàn)信息化管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析航天信息化的特點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn),對(duì)A所試驗(yàn)信息化的規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了研究和分析,按照整體規(guī)劃化從全局出發(fā)的思想,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)信息化規(guī)劃方案。規(guī)劃方案中構(gòu)建了試驗(yàn)信息化系統(tǒng)整體框架,從全局性考慮了各分系統(tǒng)的功能邊界和相互協(xié)調(diào)功能,模塊劃分清晰,使整個(gè)試驗(yàn)信息化規(guī)劃更具完整性。本文還從可行性和保障性措施等方面對(duì)試驗(yàn)信息化規(guī)劃方案進(jìn)行了論證。通過對(duì)各系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的依存關(guān)系的分析,制定了系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案。并對(duì)實(shí)施過程中可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)關(guān)鍵因素制定了應(yīng)對(duì)控制措施,從側(cè)面輔助保障了規(guī)劃的可行性。從整體上說,整個(gè)試驗(yàn)信息化規(guī)劃不偏離企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,又貼合了最實(shí)際的需求,不會(huì)出現(xiàn)信息化落地難、空架子的現(xiàn)象,是一個(gè)可實(shí)現(xiàn)、可落地的信息化規(guī)劃,具有實(shí)踐意義,可以促進(jìn)航天A所試驗(yàn)信息化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The essence of enterprise informatization is to improve the level and efficiency of management and operation step by step through continuous and effective information construction and to promote management technology innovation step by step. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises. Enhance market share and competitiveness. However, most enterprises, especially those with a certain history of development, have many problems in information construction, such as blind construction and reconstruction. Information planning must be done well. Informatization planning is the basic principle and general program of informatization construction, the guarantee of the successful implementation of informatization, and the creational program to realize the value of informatization. According to scientific and reasonable information planning to implement enterprise informatization is the most important part of successful construction of enterprise informatization. This paper investigates the current situation of information management of space test at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of space informatization, and studies and analyzes the planning of information system in the A laboratory, according to the idea of overall planning from the overall point of view. An information planning scheme is designed. The overall framework of the experimental information system is constructed in the planning scheme. The functional boundaries and coordination functions of each subsystem are considered from the overall situation, and the modules are clearly divided. This paper also demonstrates the scheme of experimental information planning from the aspects of feasibility and supportability. Through the analysis of the dependence of each system platform. The implementation scheme of the system is formulated. The possible risk factors in the implementation process are analyzed, and the key factors are formulated to control measures to support the feasibility of the planning from the side. The whole experimental information planning does not deviate from the enterprise development strategy, and meets the most practical needs. It will not be difficult to land information, empty shelf phenomenon, is a achievable, landing information planning. It is of practical significance and can promote the development of experimental informatization in Space A Institute.
