【摘要】：2013年中國(guó)的鋼鐵產(chǎn)量已達(dá)7.16億噸,占全世界總產(chǎn)量的46.3%。中國(guó)鋼鐵產(chǎn)量占世界總產(chǎn)量的比重如此之高,理論上講中國(guó)在國(guó)際鋼鐵市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力應(yīng)該很強(qiáng),但實(shí)際正好相反,中國(guó)的鋼鐵產(chǎn)品在國(guó)際鋼鐵市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并不是強(qiáng),反而是弱。究其原因,還是中國(guó)的鋼鐵產(chǎn)品核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)。我國(guó)是一個(gè)鋼鐵大國(guó),但并非鋼鐵強(qiáng)國(guó),“大”與“強(qiáng)"的反差,反映出我國(guó)目前鋼鐵企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平。如何提高企業(yè)的質(zhì)量水平是鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)未來(lái)的工作重點(diǎn)。本文首先對(duì)鋼鐵業(yè)的背景進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)品質(zhì)管理的理論以及文獻(xiàn)知識(shí)進(jìn)行了闡述與綜述,然后以W公司為例,對(duì)W公司的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與存在的品質(zhì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了描述,最后選擇W公司的主要產(chǎn)品鍍鋅板的主要品質(zhì)問(wèn)題折痕,利用PDCA循環(huán)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),并通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)比的方法來(lái)驗(yàn)證改進(jìn)的效果。通過(guò)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題,期望能以W公司的品質(zhì)管理的方法為例,給其它鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供一些借鑒,進(jìn)而可以為推動(dòng)我國(guó)鋼鐵產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提高及鋼鐵企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升盡自己的微薄之力。
[Abstract]:China produced 716 million tons of steel in 2013, accounting for 46.3 percent of the world's total. In theory, China should be very competitive in the international steel market, but in fact, China's iron and steel products in the international steel market is not strong, but weak. The core competitiveness of China's iron and steel products is not strong. China is a large country of iron and steel, but not a powerful country of iron and steel, the contrast between "big" and "strong". Reflecting the current quality management level of iron and steel enterprises in China. How to improve the quality level of steel production enterprises is the focus of future work. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background of steel industry. This paper expounds and summarizes the theory of quality management and literature knowledge, and then takes W Company as an example to describe the product structure and existing quality problems of W Company. Finally, we select the main quality creases of the main products of W company galvanized sheet, improve them by PDCA cycle, and verify the effect of the improvement by data analysis and comparison, and solve the practical problems. It is expected that the quality management method of W Company can be taken as an example to provide some reference for other steel production enterprises. Then we can do our best to improve the quality of iron and steel products and the core competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises.
