【摘要】：水泥行業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中重要的基礎(chǔ)原材料產(chǎn)業(yè),在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)基本建設(shè)、工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)以及其他相關(guān)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域具有不可替代的作用。2012年以來,受國(guó)家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)增速下降的影響,水泥行業(yè)存在嚴(yán)重的產(chǎn)能過剩。另一方面,我國(guó)水泥產(chǎn)業(yè)能耗過高,環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重。這些都導(dǎo)致了我國(guó)水泥產(chǎn)業(yè)整體的不景氣。目前,陜西生態(tài)水泥股份有限公司在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)面前還處于被動(dòng)局面,如何謀劃企業(yè)發(fā)展策略,積極應(yīng)對(duì)殘酷的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局,扭轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)績(jī)下滑的不利局面,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,是企業(yè)亟需解決的首要問題。本文以陜西生態(tài)水泥公司為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論和戰(zhàn)略管理管理等知識(shí),在PSET和波特五力模型的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其戰(zhàn)略展開研究。首先分析了國(guó)內(nèi)水泥行業(yè)面臨的問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在產(chǎn)能過剩嚴(yán)重、同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)嚴(yán)重和增長(zhǎng)方式仍舊粗放等問題。通過分析確立了公司的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。提出了瞄準(zhǔn)行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)和積極推進(jìn)“上大關(guān)小”的戰(zhàn)略思路以及“鞏固關(guān)中、搶占關(guān)天、北上陜北”的戰(zhàn)略方向。構(gòu)建以“淘汰落后產(chǎn)能、發(fā)展大型新型干法水泥工藝、積極推動(dòng)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈”為內(nèi)容的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出提高管理水平、加大資本運(yùn)作、做好人力資源開發(fā)、強(qiáng)化市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和推進(jìn)文化建設(shè)等保障措施。
[Abstract]:Cement industry is an important basic raw material industry in the national economy and social development. It plays an irreplaceable role in national economic infrastructure, industrial infrastructure construction and other related construction fields. Since 2012. Affected by the decline of the national macroeconomic growth rate, the cement industry has serious overcapacity. On the other hand, the energy consumption of the cement industry in China is too high. Environmental pollution is serious. All of these have led to the overall depression of the cement industry in China. At present, Shaanxi Ecological cement Co., Ltd. is still in a passive situation in the face of fierce market competition, how to plan the development strategy of enterprises. It is the most important problem for enterprises to actively deal with the cruel competition pattern, reverse the unfavorable situation of performance decline and realize the long-term development of enterprises. This paper takes Shaanxi Ecological cement Company as the research object. Based on the theories of industrial organization and strategic management, and on the basis of PSET and Porter's five-force model, the strategy is studied. Firstly, the problems faced by domestic cement industry are analyzed. Found that there are serious overcapacity, serious homogeneity competition and growth pattern is still extensive and other problems. Through the analysis to establish the company's strengths and weaknesses. This paper puts forward the strategic thinking of aiming at the development of industry and actively promoting "on the big pass and small" and the strategic direction of "consolidate the Guanzhong, seize the customs days, go north to the north of Shaanxi", and construct the strategic direction of "eliminating the backward production capacity." Develop large-scale new dry process cement technology, actively promote the development of circular economy and extend the industrial chain as the content of the development strategy, and put forward to improve the management level, increase the operation of capital, do a good job of human resources development. Strengthen marketing, strengthen risk management and promote cultural construction and other safeguards.
