【摘要】：采購是企業(yè)正常生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),是企業(yè)成本控制的重要內(nèi)容,也是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)利潤目標(biāo)的有著至關(guān)重要的作用。隨著市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展與科學(xué)技術(shù)的進步,采購已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為一種專有的智能,一門專業(yè),一種可為企業(yè)謀求利潤、節(jié)約成本、提供各類服務(wù)的資源的融合。供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要性在當(dāng)下市場競爭中越來越體現(xiàn)出了它的優(yōu)越性,被越來越多的企業(yè)所重視。中鐵電氣化局作為中國鐵路建設(shè)的排頭兵、國家隊,為中國電氣化事業(yè)做出了巨大的貢獻,在中國的鐵路、城鐵的建設(shè)史上具有舉足輕重的作用。它的工業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用在祖國的各條鐵路線和新興的城軌地鐵建設(shè)中。這些產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量將會直接影響到我們國家鐵路質(zhì)量和安全,而上游供應(yīng)商的品質(zhì)又會直接影響到電氣化局工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,可見,物資采購及供應(yīng)鏈上供應(yīng)商的品質(zhì)關(guān)系到工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,時時刻刻考驗著工業(yè)企業(yè)的信譽和生存發(fā)展。因此供應(yīng)鏈下的采購管理在中鐵電氣化局工業(yè)企業(yè)里顯得更加重要。文章主要分為三部分內(nèi)容:首先,文章以客觀存在為基礎(chǔ),通過對中鐵電氣化局工業(yè)系統(tǒng)企業(yè)的采購現(xiàn)狀進行分析,剖析了傳統(tǒng)采購模式的弊端。從中鐵電氣化局工業(yè)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略重組方式看,集中采購是必然的選擇,供應(yīng)鏈思想的選取適合企業(yè)的發(fā)展,對企業(yè)降低成本、提高效率、提高企業(yè)競爭力是一種非常有效的方式。其次,文章運用理論聯(lián)系實際的方法,以供應(yīng)鏈的視角,重點研究企業(yè)了內(nèi)部集中采購管理方式的設(shè)定,通過宏觀與微觀的結(jié)合,對中鐵電化局工業(yè)企業(yè)未來的采購管理流程進行了設(shè)計。最后,文章對供應(yīng)鏈采購管理中的重要環(huán)節(jié)供應(yīng)商的管理提出了準(zhǔn)入、選擇和考核評價方法,提出了未來在供應(yīng)商管理方面相應(yīng)的實施建議。
[Abstract]:Procurement is an important link in the normal production and operation of enterprises and an important content of the cost control of enterprises. With the development of market economy and the progress of science and technology, purchasing has developed into a kind of proprietary intelligence and a specialty. The importance of supply chain management is more and more reflected its superiority in the current market competition. China Railway electrification Bureau, as the vanguard of China's railway construction, the national team, has made great contributions to China's electrification cause, in China's railway. The construction history of urban railway plays an important role. The products produced by its industrial enterprises are widely used in the construction of various railway lines and new urban rail lines of the motherland. The quality of these products will directly affect our country. Quality and safety of home railways. The quality of upstream suppliers will directly affect the quality of industrial products of the electrification Bureau. It can be seen that the quality of goods procurement and suppliers in the supply chain is related to the quality of industrial products. All the time test the credibility and survival of industrial enterprises. So the procurement management under the supply chain is more important in the industrial enterprises of China Railway electrification Bureau. The article is mainly divided into three parts: first. Based on the objective existence, this paper analyzes the current purchasing situation of the industrial system enterprises of China Railway electrification Bureau, and analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional procurement mode, from the perspective of the strategic reorganization of the industrial enterprises of the China Railway electrification Bureau. Centralized purchasing is an inevitable choice. The selection of supply chain is suitable for the development of enterprises. It is a very effective way for enterprises to reduce costs, improve efficiency and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper applies the method of integrating theory with practice, and from the perspective of supply chain, focuses on the establishment of internal centralized purchasing management, through the combination of macro and micro. The paper designs the future purchasing management process of the industrial enterprises of China Railway and electrification Bureau. Finally, the article puts forward the methods of access, selection and evaluation of the suppliers' management in the important link of the supply chain procurement management. Some suggestions on the implementation of supplier management in the future are put forward.
