永煤集團(tuán)煤炭礦區(qū)碳排放核算及減排對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:煤炭作為我國(guó)的第一能源,其燃燒所帶來(lái)的碳排放占全國(guó)總碳排放的比例一直都居高不下。煤炭行業(yè)在未來(lái)的若干年仍將是我國(guó)主要的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱,因此運(yùn)用何種方法來(lái)核算煤炭行業(yè)碳排放量,從而能夠有效的降低能源消耗、減少碳排放,對(duì)于我國(guó)發(fā)展綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)事業(yè)有重要的推動(dòng)作用。論文以永煤集團(tuán)永城礦區(qū)為研究背景,以煤-電供應(yīng)鏈為研究主線,通過(guò)生命周期分析方法的應(yīng)用將煤-電供應(yīng)鏈劃分為四個(gè)主要環(huán)節(jié),即煤炭開(kāi)采、煤炭洗選加工、煤炭運(yùn)輸和燃煤發(fā)電環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)這四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究和分析,確定各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的碳排放邊界及存在的碳排放源,進(jìn)而建立各環(huán)節(jié)兼具實(shí)用性和適用性的碳排放核算模型。根據(jù)礦區(qū)特征建立核算模型后,對(duì)各排放因子進(jìn)行了合理的修正,進(jìn)而對(duì)礦區(qū)煤-電供應(yīng)鏈中各環(huán)節(jié)的碳排放量進(jìn)行分別核算,并對(duì)核算結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,找出碳排量較大的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),提出針對(duì)永城礦區(qū)有效的減排措施,包括推廣低濃度瓦斯發(fā)電技術(shù),完善用電機(jī)制,采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)提高燃煤利用率等。鑒于煤-電供應(yīng)鏈中碳排放核算過(guò)程的復(fù)雜性,本著簡(jiǎn)化碳排放核算過(guò)程,直觀反映企業(yè)碳排放過(guò)程中問(wèn)題的根源的目的,論文開(kāi)發(fā)了應(yīng)用于煤-電供應(yīng)鏈的碳排放核算軟件,該軟件的應(yīng)用能夠有效的簡(jiǎn)化碳排放核算流程,提高核算效率和準(zhǔn)確性,并設(shè)計(jì)了核算結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)分析程序,通過(guò)分析找出企業(yè)降低碳排放最有效的途徑。
[Abstract]:Coal as first energy in China, which will lead to combustion of carbon emissions of the total carbon emissions have been high. The proportion of the coal industry in the coming years will be China's main economic pillars, so the use of the methods to calculate the carbon emissions from the coal industry, and can effectively reduce the energy consumption. To reduce the carbon emissions for China's development of green industry, low carbon economy industry has an important role. According to permanent coal group in Yongcheng coal mine as the research background, main research on coal - electricity supply chain, through the application of the method of life cycle analysis of coal - electricity supply chain is divided into four major parts, namely coal mining, coal processing, coal transportation and coal power generation, to the four links of the production activities of research and analysis, to determine all aspects of the carbon emission boundary and existing sources of carbon emissions, and the establishment of the ring Section with carbon accounting model of the practicality and applicability. According to the characteristics of the establishment of accounting model of mining area, the emission factor was reasonable modification of carbon emissions and the link to the mining area of coal and electricity in the supply chain were accounted for separately, and the calculation results were analyzed to find out the carbon emissions of large production and put forward effective measures to reduce emissions in Yongcheng mining area, including the promotion of low concentration gas power generation technology, improve the power mechanism, the use of advanced technology to improve the coal utilization rate. Because of the complexity of coal - electricity carbon emissions accounting process in the supply chain, with the simplified carbon accounting process, reflect the problems in the process of corporate carbon emissions the purpose of development applied to the coal - electricity supply chain carbon emissions accounting software, this software can simplify the carbon accounting process effectively, improve accounting efficiency and accuracy, and The analysis program of the results of accounting results is taken to find out the most effective ways to reduce carbon emissions by enterprises.
