【摘要】：本文以5個采選業(yè)(2005~2013年)數據為例,采用Breitung面板協(xié)整方法研究不同所有制下自然資源開發(fā)利用收益差異問題,并認為,在探索自然資源類企業(yè)混合所有制改革進程中既要推進不同所有制的開放聯合,更要堅持結構性"有保有控",在保證國有經濟主體地位基礎上,尋找多種經濟形式并存、優(yōu)勢互補的實現路徑。
[Abstract]:Taking the data of five mining and selecting industries from 2005 to 2013 as an example, this paper uses Breitung panel cointegration method to study the difference of natural resources exploitation and utilization income under different ownership. In the course of exploring the reform of mixed ownership of natural resources enterprises, we should not only promote the opening up of different ownership systems, but also adhere to structural "retention control", on the basis of ensuring the dominant position of the state-owned economy. Looking for a variety of economic forms co-exist, complementary advantages of the realization of the path.
