【摘要】：環(huán)保紀錄片《穹頂之下》引發(fā)了對重污染行業(yè)向環(huán)保行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的思考。本文以鋼鐵行業(yè)(重污染)和大氣污染治理行業(yè)(環(huán)保)為例,以該行業(yè)中A股上市公司為研究對象,通過對其近年來占用的經(jīng)濟資源、產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟和社會效益進行對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼鐵行業(yè)存在消耗大量政府補助、資產(chǎn)回報率低、就業(yè)承載力較低等問題;而大氣污染治理行業(yè)盈利能力較好,存在巨大的發(fā)展空間,且潛在的就業(yè)機會能夠妥善解決轉(zhuǎn)型中產(chǎn)生的人員就業(yè)問題。因此,無論從經(jīng)濟效益還是社會效益來看,推進鋼鐵行業(yè)的過剩產(chǎn)能向環(huán)保行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型具有現(xiàn)實的可行性。
[Abstract]:The environmental documentary "under the dome" has triggered a reflection on the transformation of the heavy pollution industry to the environmental protection industry. In this paper, the iron and steel industry (heavy pollution) and air pollution (environmental protection industry) as an example, in the industry in the A shares of listed companies as the research object, through analyzing its recent years occupied economic resources, economic and social benefits of the iron and steel industry, found to consume a large amount of government subsidies, low return on assets and the employment capacity is low; and the profitability of the air pollution control industry is good, there is a huge space for development, and potential employment to properly solve the employment problem in the transformation of the staff. Therefore, in terms of economic and social benefits, it is feasible to promote the transformation of the surplus capacity of the steel industry to the environmental protection industry.
