定居化后藏族牧區(qū)教育、家庭及社區(qū)面臨的新困境——以甘肅省瑪曲縣為例

【摘要】:"牧民定居"政策在藏族牧區(qū)實施以來,極大地改善了牧區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育的面貌和條件,為牧民子女入校就讀,接受現(xiàn)代學校教育提供了方便,牧區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育呈現(xiàn)非常喜人的局面。然而牧民定居畢竟是一項系統(tǒng)工程,定居后的牧民群體面臨著諸多的適應(yīng)問題,由于現(xiàn)代知識的匱乏、城市生存技能的缺少,很多定居牧民逐漸成為新一代的城市游民,牧民家長的生存問題自然威脅和影響到在校子女的學習和教育,帶來一系列新的社會問題和隱患。本文通過對甘肅省瑪曲縣寄宿制藏族小學及所屬社區(qū)、家庭狀況的調(diào)查分析,反映"牧民定居"這一特殊條件下藏族牧區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育的現(xiàn)狀及面臨的困境,以期更多專業(yè)研究人士和相關(guān)職能部門及社會各界對此課題的高度重視和有效探討。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "herdsman settlement" policy in Tibetan pastoral areas, it has greatly improved the appearance and conditions of basic education in pastoral areas, provided convenience for herdsmen's children to attend school and accepted modern school education, and the basic education in pastoral areas presents a very pleasant situation. However, the settlement of herdsmen is after all a systematic project. After settlement, the herdsmen are faced with many problems of adaptation. Due to the lack of modern knowledge and the lack of urban survival skills, many settled herdsmen have gradually become a new generation of urban nomads. The survival problems of herdsmen's parents naturally threaten and affect the study and education of their children in school, and bring about a series of new social problems and hidden dangers. Based on the investigation and analysis of the family status of boarding Tibetan primary schools and their affiliated communities in Maqu County, Gansu Province, this paper reflects the present situation and difficulties of basic education in Tibetan pastoral areas under the special condition of "herdsmen settling down". It is expected that more professional researchers and relevant functional departments and all sectors of society will attach great importance to this subject and effectively discuss it.
