具有垂直傳播及感染期的乙肝傳播模型

【摘要】:研究具有垂直傳播和感染期的乙肝病毒感染模型,考慮了發(fā)生率函數(shù)為非線性時(shí)模型的性質(zhì),以乙肝的平均感染期作為時(shí)滯,利用Routh-Hurwite判別法得到了系統(tǒng)的疾病消失的平衡點(diǎn)局部漸近穩(wěn)定的條件,找到了基本再生數(shù)R0,通過(guò)構(gòu)造Lyapunov函數(shù),證明了地方病平衡點(diǎn)的全局漸近穩(wěn)定性.
[Abstract]:The model of hepatitis B virus infection with vertical transmission and infection period was studied. Considering the non-linear nature of the incidence function, the average infection period of hepatitis B was taken as the time lag. The condition of local asymptotic stability of the disease vanishing equilibrium point of the system is obtained by using the Routh-Hurwite discriminant method, and the basic regeneration number R 0 is found. By constructing the Lyapunov function, the global asymptotic stability of the endemic equilibrium point is proved.
