【摘要】：文章利用評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的變異系數(shù)代替決策者主觀人為確定相鄰評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的重要性程度之比,構(gòu)造了一種新的基于主觀賦權(quán)的G1法與客觀賦權(quán)的變異系數(shù)法有效巧妙結(jié)合的混合交叉賦權(quán)方法,該方法不僅避免了單一賦權(quán)方法無法反映客觀數(shù)據(jù)信息或決策者主觀意圖的弊端,而且避免了組合賦權(quán)方法無法客觀確定組合系數(shù)的雙重難題。最后將新構(gòu)造的混合交叉賦權(quán)方法應(yīng)用于區(qū)域科技發(fā)展的綜合評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the coefficient of variation of the evaluation index is used to replace the subjective decision maker to determine the ratio of the importance of the adjacent evaluation index. A new hybrid cross-weighting method based on subjective weight G1 method and objective weight variation coefficient method is proposed. This method not only avoids the drawback that the single weighting method can not reflect the objective data information or the decision maker's subjective intention, but also avoids the dual problem that the combination weighting method can not objectively determine the combination coefficient. Finally, the new hybrid cross-weighting method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of regional science and technology development.
