【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)(Hospital Information System, HIS)的普及與推廣,醫(yī)院業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)逐步轉(zhuǎn)換成為電子信息化。隨著時(shí)間的推移,醫(yī)院門急診已經(jīng)積累了大量的數(shù)據(jù),其間蘊(yùn)藏的豐富信息卻沒得到有效利用。針對(duì)這些潛藏信息的分析、挖掘,發(fā)現(xiàn)門急診醫(yī)療業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的活動(dòng)規(guī)律,分析出業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)中反應(yīng)出來的潛在信息,為醫(yī)院門急診管理提供更好的決策支持。通過對(duì)醫(yī)院門急診的基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)(患者基本信息-年齡、性別、掛號(hào)科室、掛號(hào)類型、掛號(hào)時(shí)間、疾病病種等)進(jìn)行分類分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)每個(gè)變量對(duì)就診患者均有影響。通過各個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)變量之間進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)性分析,通過卡方檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)各個(gè)變量之間基本都存在關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。通過對(duì)急診科室進(jìn)行Logistic回歸分析建模,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行具體分析說明。發(fā)現(xiàn)通過對(duì)門急診業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深入分析,不僅可以為醫(yī)院門急診改善管理環(huán)境、合理調(diào)配資源、提升醫(yī)療質(zhì)量提供強(qiáng)有力的支持,而且對(duì)醫(yī)院應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件、提升患者滿意度、改善醫(yī)患關(guān)系、提高醫(yī)院社會(huì)信譽(yù)具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and popularization of hospital information system (Hospital Information System, HIS), hospital business data is gradually transformed into electronic information system. With the passage of time, a large amount of data have been accumulated in the outpatient and emergency department, but the abundant information contained therein has not been used effectively. Based on the analysis, mining and discovery of the hidden information, the activity rules of outpatient and emergency medical service data are found, and the potential information reflected in the business data is analyzed to provide better decision support for the hospital outpatient and emergency management. Through the classification and analysis of the basic business data of outpatient and emergency department (patient basic information-age, sex, registered department, registered type, registration time, disease type, etc.), it is found that each variable has an effect on the patients. Through the correlation analysis of each data variable and chi-square test, it is found that there is a correlation relationship between each variable. Through the Logistic regression analysis model of the emergency department, combined with the actual situation of the specific analysis and explanation. It is found that in-depth analysis of outpatient and emergency business data can not only provide strong support for hospital emergency management environment, rational allocation of resources, and improve medical quality, but also provide a strong support for hospitals to deal with emergencies. It is of great significance to improve patient satisfaction, improve the relationship between doctors and patients, and improve the social reputation of hospitals.
