【摘要】：當(dāng)對插補(bǔ)所得的"完整數(shù)據(jù)集"使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的完全數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計方法的時候,往往會低估插補(bǔ)估計量的方差。Bootstrap方法(自助法)是非參數(shù)統(tǒng)計中的一種重要的統(tǒng)計方法,是基于原始觀測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行重復(fù)抽樣,能充分的利用已知數(shù)據(jù),不需要對未知總體進(jìn)行任何的分布假設(shè)或增加新的樣本信息,進(jìn)而再利用現(xiàn)有的統(tǒng)計模型對總體的分布特性進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計推斷。本文首先運用多重插補(bǔ)的方法對缺失數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了插補(bǔ),之后利用Bootstrap方法對插補(bǔ)之后的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了插補(bǔ)統(tǒng)計量的方差估計,結(jié)果表明運用Bootstrap方法進(jìn)行插補(bǔ)統(tǒng)計量的方差估計更科學(xué)更準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:When the standard complete data statistical method is used for the "complete data set" obtained by interpolation, the variance of interpolation estimator. Bootstrap method (bootstrap method) is an important statistical method in non-parametric statistics. It is based on the original observation data to repeat sampling, can make full use of known data, do not need to make any distribution assumption to unknown population or add new sample information, Then the existing statistical models are used to infer the distribution characteristics of the population. In this paper, firstly, the missing data is interpolated by the method of multiple interpolation, and then the variance of the interpolation statistic is estimated by using Bootstrap method. The results show that the variance estimation of interpolation statistics using Bootstrap method is more scientific and accurate.
