【摘要】：討論了兩種含屏蔽數(shù)據(jù)四單元混聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的可靠性分析問(wèn)題。在單元失效率為指數(shù)函數(shù)的情形下,詳細(xì)推導(dǎo)出兩種混聯(lián)系統(tǒng)在逐步Ⅱ型混合截尾試驗(yàn)下的似然函數(shù)。利用極大似然方法給出了單元分布參數(shù)及系統(tǒng)可靠度函數(shù)的極大似然估計(jì),采用似然比方法構(gòu)造了未知參數(shù)的近似置信區(qū)間。最后運(yùn)用蒙特卡羅方法進(jìn)行隨機(jī)模擬,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的正確性和有效性。
