In companies concerning both with portand navigation, the distribution of management cost usually employs the"Direct cost ratio method". This article analises the advantages anddisadvantages of this method. The Navigation Company of Hunan Provin-ce (NCHP) carried out a reform and used a new method in order toovercome the disadvantages of the direct cost distribution method. It hasimproved the cost accounting and contracting of ships and business mana-gement. It works in certain ways but also has problems worth discussion.Based on the analysis of the new way used by NCHP, the article puts for-ward a new way of distributing in order to simplify the cost accounting ofwaterway transportation, and to reduce the worlload as well as to ensurethe accuracy and timeliness of data. It is a good referrence for those whostudy waterway transportation accounting and for those who do practical work.

內(nèi)河運輸成本中的管理費用核算和分配,是內(nèi)河運輸成本核算中的重要內(nèi)容。在港航合一的企業(yè)中,管理費用的分配一般都是采用“直接費用比例法”,本文對該法的利弊進(jìn)行了分析。湖南省航運公司(簡稱湘航)為克服直接費用分配法的弊端進(jìn)行了改革,采用了新的方法,促進(jìn)了單船核算和承包,深化了企業(yè)管理,起到了一定的作用,但也存在著一些值得商榷的地方。本文對湘航新方法的執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了新的分配方法,以求簡化水運成本核算,減少工作量而又能保證財務(wù)會計資料的準(zhǔn)確及時,對從事水運會計研究和從事實際工作的同志有一定的參考裨益作用。
