【摘要】：Alignment空間是一種由廣義差錯產(chǎn)生的度量空間,其中的序列結(jié)構(gòu)分析在應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中起到了越來越重要的作用.本文主要對Alignment空間F2*中Alignment距離為2的序列結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究,提出Alignment距離分布的概念,得到了長度為n并且Alignment距離為2的序列對數(shù)目的解析表達(dá)式.
[Abstract]:Alignment space is a kind of metric space generated by generalized errors, in which sequence structure analysis plays an increasingly important role in the field of application.In this paper, the sequence structure of Alignment distance 2 in Alignment space F2 * is studied, the concept of Alignment distance distribution is proposed, and the analytic expression of the number of sequence pairs with length n and Alignment distance 2 is obtained.
