【摘要】：為了系統(tǒng)地探討影響幼兒教師招聘的主要因素,依據(jù)模糊聚類(lèi)分析和模糊綜合評(píng)判原理,采用了模糊綜合評(píng)判法和卡特爾16PF測(cè)試量表對(duì)各主要因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得到了各因素影響的比重,利用專(zhuān)家經(jīng)驗(yàn)法給出了合格應(yīng)聘者的權(quán)重,通過(guò)與理想型進(jìn)行比較,從而選拔出符合實(shí)際的優(yōu)秀的幼兒教師。應(yīng)用的結(jié)果對(duì)如何招聘全方位高素質(zhì)的幼兒教師提供了一個(gè)可靠的理論依據(jù),避免了傳統(tǒng)招聘中對(duì)教師素質(zhì)選聘的不全面。
[Abstract]:In order to discuss the main factors that affect the recruitment of preschool teachers systematically, according to the principle of fuzzy cluster analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the main factors by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the cartel 16PF test scale.The weight of qualified candidates was given by using expert experience, and the excellent preschool teachers were selected by comparing with ideal type.The results of the application provide a reliable theoretical basis for the recruitment of all-around and high-quality preschool teachers and avoid the incomplete selection and employment of teachers' qualities in traditional recruitment.
