【摘要】：在復(fù)雜多變的環(huán)境中,由于決策問題的復(fù)雜性、不確定性和人們認(rèn)知的有限性等,人們對客觀事物的評價習(xí)慣采用語言形式表達.因此,基于語言評價信息的決策理論與方法受到學(xué)者們的廣泛關(guān)注.本文重點研究語言信息的新表達方式和新集結(jié)方法及其在多屬性群體決策中的應(yīng)用,取得的成果主要如下：(1)從多屬性群體決策的實際出發(fā),給出語言評價信息的新表達形式,使新形式體現(xiàn)評價和重要性等方面的決策信息.基于語言信息的新形式定義與其相適應(yīng)的運算規(guī)則,新定義的運算規(guī)則具有運算封閉等良好性質(zhì),運算結(jié)果符合人類認(rèn)知規(guī)律,能有效克服原有語言信息運算存在的“失真”和“越界”等不足.(2)針對語言和不確定信息的群體決策問題,基于所定義的語言信息的新形式和運算規(guī)則給出集成語言信息的新算子和集成不確定語言信息的新算子,進而提出相應(yīng)的群體決策方法,并通過算例說明所提方法的有效性.(3)針對直覺語言信息的群體決策問題,將直覺模糊信息融入語言表達中,給出了直覺語言信息的新表達形式,并定義其運算規(guī)則.在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出集成直覺語言信息的新集結(jié)算子,進而提出一種基于直覺語言信息新集結(jié)算子的群體決策方法,并應(yīng)用于資金投資的多屬性決策中.
[Abstract]:In a complex and changeable environment, due to the complexity of decision making problems, uncertainty and limited cognition, people use linguistic forms to express objective things. The theories and methods of decision based on linguistic evaluation information have been paid more and more attention by scholars. This paper focuses on the new expression and assembly of linguistic information and its application in multi-attribute group decision making. The main achievements are as follows: (1) based on the practice of multi-attribute group decision making, a new expression of linguistic evaluation information is given. The new form reflects the decision information of evaluation and importance. The new form definition based on language information is suitable for the operation rules. The new definition has the good properties of closed operation, and the result accords with the human cognitive law. It can effectively overcome the shortcomings such as "distortion" and "crossing boundaries" existing in the operation of original language information, etc.) aiming at the problem of group decision making of language and uncertain information, Based on the new forms and operation rules of the defined language information, a new operator for integrating language information and a new operator for integrating uncertain language information are presented, and the corresponding group decision making methods are proposed. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. (3) aiming at the problem of group decision making of intuitionistic language information, the intuitionistic fuzzy information is incorporated into language expression, and a new expression form of intuitionistic language information is given. On the basis of this, a new aggregation operator for integrating intuitionistic language information is given, and then a group decision making method based on intuitionistic language information is proposed, which is applied to the multi-attribute decision making of capital investment.
