【摘要】：線型回歸模型是近代統(tǒng)計(jì)分析理論中非常重要一類數(shù)學(xué)模型,其基本的理論方法也成為其他統(tǒng)計(jì)問(wèn)題研究的基本工具之一,其中參數(shù)的估計(jì)問(wèn)題是很多學(xué)者們都特別關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。隨著對(duì)參數(shù)估計(jì)問(wèn)題的不斷研究,很多研究結(jié)果都表示,傳統(tǒng)意義上的最小二乘估計(jì)在解決許多問(wèn)題時(shí),假如出現(xiàn)一個(gè)病態(tài)的設(shè)計(jì)矩陣,最小二乘估計(jì)就不是一個(gè)理想的估計(jì),它的效果會(huì)變差,甚至有可能失效。因此它已經(jīng)不在是一個(gè)最優(yōu)的估計(jì)。因此出現(xiàn)了許多新型的估計(jì)量,比如嶺估計(jì),主成分估計(jì),廣義嶺估計(jì)和Stein估計(jì)等等。隨著研究的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,很多專家學(xué)者開(kāi)始對(duì)如何對(duì)嶺估計(jì)的參數(shù)更好的選擇進(jìn)行了深入研究,提出了多種關(guān)于選取嶺參數(shù)K的方法。本文主要研究參數(shù)估計(jì)的三個(gè)問(wèn)題:第一,Stein型根方估計(jì)。首先給出Stein型根方估計(jì),給出幾個(gè)定義,然后通過(guò)實(shí)際應(yīng)用的例子來(lái)證明Stein型根方估計(jì)優(yōu)于其他一些估計(jì)。第二,關(guān)于嶺參數(shù)K的選取問(wèn)題,主要介紹一些嶺參數(shù)K的幾種選取方法。并且對(duì)其中的嶺跡法進(jìn)行了實(shí)例證明。第三,(cM)準(zhǔn)則下的泛嶺估計(jì)和Stein型根方估計(jì)的性質(zhì)。主要討論的在(cM)準(zhǔn)則下兩種估計(jì)的優(yōu)良性。
[Abstract]:Linear regression model is a very important mathematical model in modern statistical analysis theory. The problem of parameter estimation is of particular concern to many scholars. With the continuous study of parameter estimation, many research results indicate that the traditional least square estimation is solving many problems. If there is a sick design matrix, the least square estimation is not an ideal estimate, its effect will become worse, and it may even fail. Therefore, it is no longer an optimal estimate. For example, Ridge estimation, Principal component estimation, Generalized Ridge estimation, Stein estimation and so on. With the further development of the research, many experts and scholars have begun to do in-depth research on how to better select the parameters of ridge estimation. Several methods for selecting ridge parameter K are proposed. In this paper, three problems of parameter estimation are studied: first, Stein type root square estimation. First, the Stein type root square estimation is given, and several definitions are given. Then it is proved that the Stein type root square estimation is superior to some other estimates by practical examples. Secondly, the selection of ridge parameter K is discussed. This paper mainly introduces some methods of selecting ridge parameter K, and proves the ridge trace method as an example. The properties of panridge estimation and Stein type root square estimator under the third CMA criterion are discussed, and the advantages of the two estimators under the CMA criterion are discussed.
