【摘要】：區(qū)域博弈和經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化是影響地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的重要因素,本文以2010—2016年我國31個(gè)省市區(qū)25個(gè)行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明區(qū)域保護(hù)行為阻滯了產(chǎn)品在省際的自由流動(dòng),同時(shí)也遲滯了地區(qū)專業(yè)化的進(jìn)步,并且使得地區(qū)間產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同,各地區(qū)的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)不能得到有效發(fā)揮;對(duì)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化對(duì)地區(qū)專業(yè)化的影響不顯著,較低的對(duì)內(nèi)一體化程度并沒有起到促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的應(yīng)有效果;對(duì)外一體化能夠積極推進(jìn)地區(qū)專業(yè)化,并且呈顯著的正效應(yīng);我國各省市區(qū)專業(yè)化的形成更多地與對(duì)外貿(mào)易有關(guān),而與區(qū)際間貿(mào)易關(guān)系不大。因此應(yīng)減少地方保護(hù)主義行為,發(fā)揮各地區(qū)的比較優(yōu)勢(shì),促進(jìn)地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化發(fā)展,同時(shí)改變地方政府的GDP考核機(jī)制,利用政策推進(jìn)地區(qū)間的貿(mào)易合作,以加快推進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Regional game and economic integration are the important factors that affect the division of regional industry. This paper takes the panel data of 25 industries in 31 provinces and municipalities of China from 2010-2016 as a sample. The empirical results show that the regional protection behavior blocks the free flow of products between provinces, at the same time delays the progress of regional specialization, and makes the industrial structure of different regions converge. The comparative advantage of each region can not be effectively brought into play; The impact of internal economic integration on regional specialization is not significant, and the low degree of internal integration does not play a role in promoting the industrial division of labor. Foreign integration can actively promote regional specialization, and show a significant positive effect; The formation of specialization in provinces and municipalities in China is more related to foreign trade than to inter-regional trade. Therefore, local protectionism should be reduced and regional comparative advantages should be brought into play. Promoting the development of regional industry specialization, changing the GDP assessment mechanism of local government, and promoting regional trade cooperation by using policies, in order to accelerate the development of regional economic integration.
