【摘要】：區(qū)域博弈和經(jīng)濟一體化是影響地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的重要因素,本文以2010—2016年我國31個省市區(qū)25個行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,對產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的影響因素進行分析,實證結(jié)果表明區(qū)域保護行為阻滯了產(chǎn)品在省際的自由流動,同時也遲滯了地區(qū)專業(yè)化的進步,并且使得地區(qū)間產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同,各地區(qū)的比較優(yōu)勢不能得到有效發(fā)揮;對內(nèi)經(jīng)濟一體化對地區(qū)專業(yè)化的影響不顯著,較低的對內(nèi)一體化程度并沒有起到促進產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的應有效果;對外一體化能夠積極推進地區(qū)專業(yè)化,并且呈顯著的正效應;我國各省市區(qū)專業(yè)化的形成更多地與對外貿(mào)易有關,而與區(qū)際間貿(mào)易關系不大。因此應減少地方保護主義行為,發(fā)揮各地區(qū)的比較優(yōu)勢,促進地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化發(fā)展,同時改變地方政府的GDP考核機制,利用政策推進地區(qū)間的貿(mào)易合作,以加快推進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Regional game and economic integration are the important factors that affect the division of regional industry. This paper takes the panel data of 25 industries in 31 provinces and municipalities of China from 2010-2016 as a sample. The empirical results show that the regional protection behavior blocks the free flow of products between provinces, at the same time delays the progress of regional specialization, and makes the industrial structure of different regions converge. The comparative advantage of each region can not be effectively brought into play; The impact of internal economic integration on regional specialization is not significant, and the low degree of internal integration does not play a role in promoting the industrial division of labor. Foreign integration can actively promote regional specialization, and show a significant positive effect; The formation of specialization in provinces and municipalities in China is more related to foreign trade than to inter-regional trade. Therefore, local protectionism should be reduced and regional comparative advantages should be brought into play. Promoting the development of regional industry specialization, changing the GDP assessment mechanism of local government, and promoting regional trade cooperation by using policies, in order to accelerate the development of regional economic integration.
