基于藍(lán)牙的多生理參數(shù)采集傳輸系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:伴隨我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平發(fā)展以及人口老齡化的出現(xiàn),醫(yī)療設(shè)備廠商紛紛推出不同家庭健康設(shè)備用于個(gè)人自測(cè)以及疾病預(yù)防。但是不同設(shè)備以及不同廠商之間存在連接方式以及數(shù)據(jù)格式的不兼容問(wèn)題,容易造成數(shù)據(jù)孤島,對(duì)家庭健康管理以及遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療中的數(shù)據(jù)采集造成了無(wú)形的阻礙。而與此同時(shí),ISO/IEEE以及CEN等國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織已經(jīng)提出了一種醫(yī)療設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸規(guī)范,并已經(jīng)在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家成功推行,國(guó)內(nèi)已有相關(guān)科研機(jī)構(gòu)和公司對(duì)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行研究和推廣。本文通過(guò)對(duì)最優(yōu)化交換協(xié)議和康體佳設(shè)備規(guī)范協(xié)議的研究和分析,以及對(duì)益體康設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式及數(shù)據(jù)包格式進(jìn)行分析之后,設(shè)計(jì)了基于Android平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)采集應(yīng)用。應(yīng)用可以同時(shí)支持康體佳個(gè)人健康設(shè)備和益體康個(gè)人健康設(shè)備,同時(shí)對(duì)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)提供數(shù)據(jù)同步管理以及分析結(jié)果推送的功能。對(duì)于具有會(huì)話功能的康體佳設(shè)備,通過(guò)在Native層定義和實(shí)現(xiàn)有限狀態(tài)機(jī)以及數(shù)據(jù)編解碼器的方式,并在上層應(yīng)用中提供統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)回調(diào)接口,實(shí)現(xiàn)了應(yīng)用與康體佳設(shè)備的會(huì)話以及數(shù)據(jù)采集。而對(duì)于不包含會(huì)話狀態(tài)機(jī)的益體康設(shè)備,通過(guò)構(gòu)建動(dòng)態(tài)加載框架,將藍(lán)牙數(shù)據(jù)包的解析邏輯解耦并編譯到單獨(dú)的APK文件中,在執(zhí)行時(shí)通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)加載的方式提供對(duì)多廠商多設(shè)備的支持,同時(shí)通過(guò)復(fù)用康體佳設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)回調(diào)接口,保證宿主應(yīng)用的不變性。對(duì)于采集到的數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)自簽CA建立與服務(wù)器之間的安全鏈接并將數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)同步到遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)中心,有效保護(hù)了用戶的信息安全以及數(shù)據(jù)的可信度。遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)中心在通過(guò)對(duì)用戶數(shù)據(jù)的建模和分析后,通過(guò)與應(yīng)用之間的長(zhǎng)連接將相關(guān)信息返回給用戶。經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試,系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)康體佳認(rèn)證的血壓體重等設(shè)備的支持,以及對(duì)益體康的血壓計(jì)和血糖儀的支持,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多廠商多設(shè)備的兼容。兩類設(shè)備中會(huì)話模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)解析模塊都獨(dú)立于上層應(yīng)用,因此具有一定的可擴(kuò)展性。在應(yīng)用穩(wěn)定性以及數(shù)據(jù)推送方面,也達(dá)到了測(cè)試要求。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)達(dá)到預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic level and the aging of population in China, medical equipment manufacturers have introduced different family health equipment for personal self-testing and disease prevention. However, there are some incompatibility problems between different equipments and manufacturers, such as the incompatibility of data format, which can easily lead to isolated data island, which is an invisible obstacle to family health management and data collection in telemedicine. At the same time ISO / IEEE and CEN and other international standardization organizations have proposed a standard for data collection and transmission of medical equipment which has been successfully implemented in developed countries and has been researched and popularized by relevant research institutions and companies in China. Based on the research and analysis of the optimized exchange protocol and the standard protocol of the equipment, as well as the analysis of the data transmission mode and the data packet format of the equipment, a data acquisition application based on the Android platform is designed in this paper. The application can support both the health equipment and the personal health equipment. It also provides the function of data synchronization management and the push of analysis results to the collected data. For the recreational and sports equipment with session function, the finite state machine and data codec are defined and implemented in the Native layer, and the unified data callback interface is provided in the upper application. It realizes the conversation and data acquisition between the application and the sports equipment. For the Yixukang device without session state machine, the parsing logic of Bluetooth packet is decoupled and compiled into a separate APK file by constructing a dynamic loading framework. At the same time, it provides support for multi-vendor and multi-device through dynamic loading, and ensures the invariance of host application by multiplexing the data callback interface of Kangzhou-best equipment. For the collected data, the security link between the server and the self-signed CA is established and the data is automatically synchronized to the remote data center, which effectively protects the information security of the user and the credibility of the data. After modeling and analyzing the user data, the remote data center returns the relevant information to the user through the long connection with the application. After testing, the system realizes the support of the equipment, such as blood pressure and body weight, as well as the sphygmomanometer and the blood sugar meter, and realizes the compatibility of multi-manufacturer and multi-equipment. Both the session module and the data parsing module are independent of the upper application, so they are extensible. In terms of application stability and data push, it also meets the test requirements. The test results show that the system achieves the desired design goal.
