大規(guī)模MIMO預(yù)編碼算法及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著無(wú)線移動(dòng)通信的迅速發(fā)展,人們對(duì)無(wú)線移動(dòng)通信中的速率、延時(shí)和吞吐量等方面的要求也不斷提高。但傳統(tǒng)的MIMO技術(shù)已不能滿足這一要求,于是大規(guī)模MIMO技術(shù)被提出,它可以提高整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的頻譜利用率和吞吐量等。由于在大規(guī)模MIMO系統(tǒng)中,基站部署數(shù)百根天線,并服務(wù)更多的用戶,因此用戶之間的干擾會(huì)更大,解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題的方法之一就是預(yù)編碼技術(shù)。本文研究了大規(guī)模MIMO系統(tǒng)中的預(yù)編碼算法設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)題,分別針對(duì)完美信道狀態(tài)信息(CSI)、非完美CSI和非理想硬件三種不同場(chǎng)景,通過(guò)分析特定問(wèn)題對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響和傳統(tǒng)預(yù)編碼算法的不足,提出一種優(yōu)化的預(yù)編碼算法。論文研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:針對(duì)完美CSI的情況下,我們研究了單個(gè)小區(qū)和多個(gè)小區(qū)場(chǎng)景中的預(yù)編碼問(wèn)題。對(duì)于單個(gè)小區(qū)場(chǎng)景,通過(guò)結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)迫零(ZF)和塊對(duì)角化(BD)預(yù)編碼算法,提出了一種優(yōu)化的BD預(yù)編碼算法。對(duì)于多個(gè)小區(qū)場(chǎng)景,我們分析了小區(qū)間干擾形成的原因,然后,利用基于每根接收天線的信號(hào)與泄漏加噪聲比準(zhǔn)則來(lái)得到預(yù)編碼矩陣,從而能提高小區(qū)邊緣用戶的性能。仿真結(jié)果表明,本文算法不但可以使得系統(tǒng)容量有所提升,而且也有著更低的系統(tǒng)誤碼率。針對(duì)非完美CSI的情況下,我們主要研究了在單個(gè)小區(qū)場(chǎng)景下,分析了非完美CSI對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響,我們利用兩種方法來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)編碼矩陣,包括單用戶的最小均方誤差和最大信干比準(zhǔn)則。另外,本節(jié)除了研究瑞利信道模型下的預(yù)編碼設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,還簡(jiǎn)單介紹了萊斯信道模型和Nakagami信道模型,并對(duì)這三種信道模型進(jìn)行了仿真比較。仿真結(jié)果表明,本文算法能夠在一定程度上降低非完美CSI對(duì)系統(tǒng)影響程度。針對(duì)非理想硬件的問(wèn)題,我們研究了相位正交(IQ)失衡、高功率放大器(HPA)非線性和相位噪聲三個(gè)問(wèn)題。對(duì)于這三個(gè)問(wèn)題,我們首先分析了其對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響。其次,給出傳統(tǒng)預(yù)編碼算法的不足。最終提出優(yōu)化預(yù)編碼算法。結(jié)合仿真結(jié)果,我們可知本文算法可以在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)非理想硬件的不足。針對(duì)中繼系統(tǒng)中的預(yù)編碼算法的設(shè)計(jì),首先,本文介紹中繼系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)概念。其次,本文使用最小均方誤差準(zhǔn)則且結(jié)合本文理論部分知識(shí)得出預(yù)編碼矩陣,在求解的過(guò)程中減少未知量數(shù),簡(jiǎn)化代價(jià)函數(shù),降低了計(jì)算復(fù)雜度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wireless mobile communication, the requirements of rate, delay and throughput in wireless mobile communication are also increasing. However, the traditional MIMO technology can not meet this requirement, so large-scale MIMO technology is proposed, which can improve the spectrum efficiency and throughput of the whole system. In large scale MIMO systems, the base station deploys hundreds of antennas and serves more users, so the interference between users will be greater. One of the methods to solve this problem is pre-coding technology. In this paper, we study the design of precoding algorithm in large-scale MIMO system, which aims at three different scenarios: perfect channel state information, imperfect CSI and imperfect hardware, respectively. By analyzing the influence of specific problems on the system and the shortcomings of traditional precoding algorithms, an optimized precoding algorithm is proposed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the case of perfect CSI, we study the precoding problem in single cell and multiple cell scenarios. For a single cell scenario, an optimized BD precoding algorithm is proposed by combining the traditional zero-forcing ZF algorithm with block diagonalization (BDD) precoding algorithm. For multiple cell scenarios, we analyze the cause of inter-cell interference, and then obtain the precoding matrix by using the ratio criterion of signal to leakage and noise based on each receiving antenna, which can improve the performance of cell edge users. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm not only improves the system capacity, but also has a lower bit error rate. In the case of imperfect CSI, we mainly study the effect of imperfect CSI on the system in a single cell scenario. We use two methods to design the precoding matrix. The minimum mean square error and maximum signal-to-interference ratio criterion of single user are included. In addition, this section not only studies the design of precoding under Rayleigh channel model, but also briefly introduces Rice channel model and Nakagami channel model, and makes a simulation comparison of these three channel models. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the influence of imperfect CSI on the system to some extent. In order to solve the problem of non-ideal hardware, we study three problems: phase quadrature IQ) imbalance, high power amplifier (HPA) nonlinearity and phase noise. For these three problems, we first analyze their impact on the system. Secondly, the deficiency of the traditional precoding algorithm is given. Finally, an optimized precoding algorithm is proposed. Combined with the simulation results, we know that the algorithm can make up for the deficiency of non-ideal hardware to some extent. For the design of precoding algorithm in relay system, firstly, this paper introduces the related concepts of relay system. Secondly, the minimum mean square error criterion is used to obtain the precoding matrix, which reduces the number of unknown variables, simplifies the cost function and reduces the computational complexity.
