【摘要】：WiFi基礎設施在室內場所的普及和移動智能設備的迅猛發(fā)展給室內定位應用帶來了新的活力�；赪iFi的室內定位方法由于受到室內環(huán)境的干擾以及移動智能設備的異構性等因素影響,定位精度誤差較大。針對上述問題,本文利用室內WiFi信號和移動智能設備內置多傳感器采集的數(shù)據(jù)思考設計提高室內定位精度的方法。首先,針對移動設備異構性及環(huán)境動態(tài)變化(室內環(huán)境布局變化及人員走動等)將導致WiFi信號強度不穩(wěn)定的問題,利用不同WiFi接入點的WiFi信號強度之間的穩(wěn)定大小關系設計了一種更加穩(wěn)定的室內定位算法,該算法利用WiFi信號強度的潛在相似規(guī)律設計一種新的定位指紋特征向量,具有穩(wěn)定和無需校驗的優(yōu)點；其次,分析了目前WiFi室內定位方法在多樓層環(huán)境下的問題與不足,提出一個基于樓層判別的多樓層室內定位方法,通過Fisher線性判別算法建立一個樓層判別模型,并利用加速度傳感信息識別行人走路、上下電梯和上下樓梯的狀態(tài),預測樓層變化事件,并在六層大樓中實地定位測試,定位準確性平均提高了約6%；再次,又針對復雜的多樓層室內環(huán)境及現(xiàn)有指紋定位算法能耗較高的現(xiàn)狀,提出一種混合多樓層室內定位算法,實際場景中試驗結果表明,所設計的定位算法,不但能提高定位精度,而且只需更少的定位時間從而節(jié)省能耗；最后,在上述算法研究基礎上,開發(fā)了一個基于實際場景的多樓層室內導航原型系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The popularization of WiFi infrastructure and the rapid development of mobile intelligent devices bring new vitality to indoor positioning applications. Because of the interference of indoor environment and the heterogeneity of mobile intelligent equipment, the positioning accuracy of indoor positioning method based on WiFi is large. In view of the above problems, this paper designs a method to improve the indoor positioning accuracy by using the data collected by indoor WiFi signal and mobile intelligent device with multiple sensors. First of all, aiming at the heterogeneity of mobile devices and the dynamic change of environment (such as indoor environment layout change and people moving around etc.), it will lead to the instability of WiFi signal intensity. A more stable indoor localization algorithm is designed based on the stable relationship between the WiFi signal intensities of different WiFi access points, and a new fingerprint feature vector is designed based on the potential similarity of the WiFi signal intensity. It has the advantages of stability and no checking. Secondly, the problems and shortcomings of the current WiFi indoor positioning method in multi-floor environment are analyzed, and a multi-floor indoor location method based on floor discrimination is proposed. By using Fisher linear discriminant algorithm, a floor discriminant model is established, and the acceleration sensing information is used to identify the state of pedestrian walking, elevator and staircase, to predict the event of floor change, and to locate and test in a six-story building. Thirdly, aiming at the complex indoor environment and the high energy consumption of the existing fingerprint localization algorithm, a hybrid multi-story indoor location algorithm is proposed, and the experimental results show that, The designed localization algorithm can not only improve the positioning accuracy, but also save energy consumption with less positioning time. Finally, based on the above algorithm, a prototype system of multi-floor indoor navigation based on the actual scene is developed.
