【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們對生活環(huán)境的安全需求越來越高,傳統(tǒng)的人防、物防已不能完全適應(yīng),智能化技防開始廣泛應(yīng)用。校園不同于一般的居民小區(qū),是相對特殊的群體場所,安防系統(tǒng)作為學(xué)校管理的重要手段,其建設(shè)不可或缺。本文基于瀘州職院新校區(qū)建設(shè),探索一種理念先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用、可持續(xù)擴(kuò)展的安防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。主要工作和成果如下:1.研究分析了瀘州職院新校區(qū)的安防需求,提出了智能安防系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)架。根據(jù)校園整體建設(shè)規(guī)劃,在已建成的一期建筑中,應(yīng)包括視頻監(jiān)控、公共廣播、身份識(shí)別、出入控制、入侵報(bào)警和巡更管理等智能子系統(tǒng)。2.對安防系統(tǒng)涉及到的幾種重要技術(shù)進(jìn)行了闡述,包括影音信息處理技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)、視頻編碼技術(shù)和智能視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù),通過研究分析,了解了以上技術(shù)在安防系統(tǒng)中的作用和影響,為設(shè)計(jì)智能安防系統(tǒng)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。3.通過調(diào)研分析,歸納總結(jié)出了安防系統(tǒng)的一般設(shè)計(jì)方案。一般安防系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)都遵循了需求分析、功能架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等的基本流程,且多數(shù)包含了視頻監(jiān)控、門禁、車輛管理、報(bào)警等功能模塊。4.研究設(shè)計(jì)了智能安防中相關(guān)功能子系統(tǒng)。視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)作為核心型的智能安防組成,該部分完成了功能目標(biāo)的制定、監(jiān)控點(diǎn)位的分析和設(shè)計(jì)布局、監(jiān)控中心、信息存儲(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)和相關(guān)設(shè)備選型;完成了以校園一卡通為基礎(chǔ)的門禁和車輛管理系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了相關(guān)設(shè)備選型;公共廣播系統(tǒng)中完成了從功能分析、系統(tǒng)配置、設(shè)備選型的設(shè)計(jì),可實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件控制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、終端查看和監(jiān)聽等功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了較為先進(jìn)的IP廣播架設(shè);入侵報(bào)警系統(tǒng)屬于被動(dòng)防御的基礎(chǔ)技防系統(tǒng),該部分完成了前端設(shè)備、傳輸設(shè)備、管控設(shè)備和顯示記錄設(shè)備的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì),并按照相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)備選型與配置設(shè)計(jì);巡更系統(tǒng)是為完善傳統(tǒng)人防的管理,作為整體校園安防系統(tǒng)的基本組成存在,此處主要完成了巡更點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)和巡更設(shè)備的選型。5.智能安防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)在瀘州職院新校區(qū)中得到了初步實(shí)現(xiàn),本文針對安防系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)情況又進(jìn)行了部分優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
