【摘要】：[目的/意義]藍(lán)牙技術(shù)自出現(xiàn)以來一直就是移動(dòng)終端的重要組成部分之一。利用專利比較中美移動(dòng)終端藍(lán)牙技術(shù),從而為我國該產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)提供具有指導(dǎo)意義的專利知識(shí)。[方法/過程]通過跨庫檢索方式從Innojoy專利數(shù)據(jù)庫與DII專利平臺(tái)獲取中美兩國在移動(dòng)終端藍(lán)牙技術(shù)方面的專利數(shù)據(jù),然后從移動(dòng)終端藍(lán)牙技術(shù)發(fā)展總體趨勢、專利申請人和發(fā)明人、前沿技術(shù)領(lǐng)域等角度進(jìn)行比較分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]最終結(jié)果表明,相對于美國而言,我國涉足該領(lǐng)域較晚,在專利申請上多以硬件研發(fā)、藍(lán)牙應(yīng)用為主。但隨著智能化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,我國移動(dòng)終端藍(lán)牙技術(shù)擁有巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�。因�?在總結(jié)專利分析基礎(chǔ)上,針對我國該領(lǐng)域?qū)＠F(xiàn)狀提出合理的發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:[purpose / meaning] Bluetooth technology has been one of the important components of mobile terminals since its emergence. In order to provide the enterprises of this industry with the instructive patent knowledge. [method / process] access to patent data from Innojoy patent database and DII patent platform from the Innojoy patent database and DII patent platform through cross-database retrieval, and obtain patent data from China and the United States on Bluetooth technology of mobile terminal. Then from the general development trend of Bluetooth technology of mobile terminal, patent applicant and inventor, frontier technology field and so on. [results / conclusion] the final result shows that compared with the United States, our country has been involved in this field relatively late. With the development of intelligent technology, Bluetooth technology of mobile terminal in our country has great development potential. Therefore, on the basis of summarizing patent analysis, According to the current situation of patent in this field in China, a reasonable development strategy is put forward.
