[Abstract]:Dielectric waveguide (dielectric waveguides,DWs) has been widely studied in the last century due to the low loss single mode propagation in the positive and wide band. Traditional dielectric waveguides are usually composed of lightweight materials with low dielectric constant. The energy constraints are poor, which leads to serious crosstalk between adjacent waveguides, which hinders the integration and miniaturization of the system. The Zhi Hao Jiang team from Pennsylvania State University reported on the square of a conformal superstructure coated dielectric waveguide.
