Littman結(jié)構(gòu)的平移透鏡外腔半導(dǎo)體激光器

【摘要】:首次提出并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種利用籠式共軸系統(tǒng)搭建的Littman結(jié)構(gòu)平移透鏡外腔半導(dǎo)體激光器。通過(guò)微調(diào)節(jié)架驅(qū)動(dòng)準(zhǔn)直透鏡平移從而改變光柵表面的激光入射角,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)約8.5 nm的連續(xù)波長(zhǎng)調(diào)諧,準(zhǔn)直透鏡平移1μm波長(zhǎng)改變約0.02 nm,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量值與理論計(jì)算值能夠很好地吻合。通過(guò)壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動(dòng)準(zhǔn)直透鏡平移,研究了Littman結(jié)構(gòu)平移透鏡外腔半導(dǎo)體激光器的跳模特性并定性分析了發(fā)生跳模的基本原理。此外,該外腔系統(tǒng)的出射激光具有優(yōu)異的單模特性和穩(wěn)定性,室溫下工作電流為300 m A時(shí)單模輸出功率超過(guò)18 m W。
[Abstract]:A Littman structure translational lens external cavity semiconductor laser using cage coaxial system is proposed and realized for the first time. The laser incident angle on the grating surface can be changed by the translation of the collimation lens driven by the micro-adjusting frame. The continuous wavelength tuning of about 8.5 nm can be achieved, and the 1 渭 m wavelength of the collimation lens can be changed about 0.02 nm,. The experimental data are in good agreement with the theoretical values. In this paper, the mode hopping of a Littman structure translational lens external cavity semiconductor laser is studied by the translation of a collimation lens driven by piezoelectric ceramics, and the basic principle of mode hopping is analyzed qualitatively. In addition, the output laser of the external cavity system has excellent single mode characteristics and stability. The single mode output power exceeds 18 MW when the operating current is 300 Ma at room temperature.
