基于近前向光散射法的氣溶膠濃度測量

【摘要】:基于近前向光散射法,實現(xiàn)了多分散亞微米級氣溶膠的濃度測量。測量裝置采用鹵鎢燈作為光源,整形后的環(huán)狀光束被會聚至待測氣體處,散射光經(jīng)透鏡收集后,由光電探測器進行探測,分析探測光強度的變化,從而反演出被測氣溶膠的濃度。實驗結(jié)果表明,該測量方法的探測靈敏度能夠達到10~(-4)μg·L~(-1),線性響應(yīng)范圍覆蓋了6個數(shù)量級。該方法可應(yīng)用于核工業(yè)、醫(yī)藥、微電子等領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Based on the near forward light scattering method, the concentration measurement of polydisperse submicron aerosol is realized. The measuring device uses halogen tungsten lamp as the light source. The shaped annular light beam is converged to the gas to be measured. After the scattering light is collected by the lens, the light is detected by the photodetector to analyze the change of the detection light intensity. The measured aerosol concentration is thus reversed. The experimental results show that the detection sensitivity of this method can reach 10 ~ (-4) 渭 g L ~ (-1), and the linear response range covers 6 orders of magnitude. The method can be used in nuclear industry, medicine, microelectronics and other fields.
